Kingfly Spirits — Attraction in Pittsburgh

I am a professional Engineer, I have no need to emphasize my place of employment, status, or anything else that is non relevant. My company was attending / hosing and event at the Convention Center (ISTech) I was invited to join a group of colleges at Kingfly Spirits. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly person, whom asked my name. I stated my name, and informed her that I was invited by a group of colleges and provided whom I was with. She stated, I do not see you on our list. I agreed stating, I was a late invite, and I understand if I was not on the list. She was kind, welcomed me, and provided me with two tokens. I went to the bar and ordered a beer, and was tapped on the shoulder. I was then asked my name, then asked why i was attending, then she informed me that I was not on the list, not welcome and asked to leave. I stated, that I was invited by a group of people, showed her an email with the invitation. She stated I was not welcome, and asked me to pay for the beer. I told her that I did not even drink or touch the glass, and I would not pay for it. She told me that I can take it with me and leave. I told her no thank you, and I left. Spirits weren't bad if you like PA spirits. Bourbon was okay, no bite to their bourbon, especially being aged for 9 years. Rum was not too bad, a little sweet for my taste. The worst part was definitely the service....by far the worst service I have EVER had, especially because our whole table was only having wine bourbon and rum, no mixed drinks. Four people behind bar that seemed more interested in having conversations than taking care of the customers. Our waiter didn't know anything about the products on hand and was overall not a good person to be expected to serve. It literally took at least thirty minutes from the time we ordered a drink until the time we received them, and again all we had was straight drinks, no mixers. Terrible way for a new distillery or for that matter, any restaurant bar to start out. We have been waiting for a good bourbon distillery in Pittsburgh and thought we found one, alot of improvement needs to be made, in both the spirits you are making and ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE...I CANNOT BE MORE CLEAR, THE SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! We cannot say enough positive things about Kingfly Spirits! Dating in Pittsburgh LLC hosted a happy hour at Kingfly Spirits on Saturday, November 23rd, and it was an incredible experience! With over 165 participants, this sold-out event was nothing short of amazing.

The staff at Kingfly Spirits were exceptionally professional and kind, making everyone feel welcome and at ease. The ambiance of the venue was perfect for mingling, and the private loft event space was absolutely a dream come true for our event.

The drink menu was carefully curated, and participants loved the variety of options available. It truly added to the overall experience and helped create a fun and vibrant atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
