The concierge, Valet and maintenance staff were really the highlight of our stay here. These people are hands down amazing, wonderful individuals that should be applauded for all their work and dedication to the residents. If I could bring them all to the current apartment high rise I am living in now, I would.
During the duration of our lease we had the following incidents occur: upon moving in, 1 month later, during the coldest time of the year, the 11th floor AC/heat units went out for 4 days straight! I bought a personal heater because of this incident. It happened again a few weeks ago before my lease was up. we had a glass window of an apartment (high up) shattered which landed in the pool and the pool deck, upon my investigation and confronting management as to how this happened, if our windows are safe and if us residents were safe, they claimed they did not know what happened and that they would get back to me to ensure our safety, which they NEVER did. I still have the emails that they never responded to. They swept it under the rug like a window didn't shatter for no reason at all. To which we discovered from the Windrose tower that it was an incident with a gun... cops showed up at least 6 times to this building... once again with no notice, management swept all of this under the rug, giving no reassurance to the residents safety. vehicles were stolen from our garage. a week before my lease was up, concierge reached out and notified me that there was a pool of blood in my parking spot and were asking if I was okay (which is very kind of them.) Upon our arrival, there was an abnormal amount of blood (indeed a pool of blood, which was shocking) in my car parking space passenger side door on the 6th floor... which lead all the way in the hallways leading up to the elevator. Once again, EVERYTHING swept under the rug with management.
To say that we felt that management has the best intentions for their residents, probably not true. With all of the secrets being kept, the extreme chains of events that have occurred and the multitude of cops being called for our residents, we did not feel safe being here which is ultimately why we decided to move at the end of our lease.
Additionally, the elevators are always broken, I personally know a few residents that live here and have gotten stuck. One which mentioned the elevator dropped him a few floors while he was stuck on it. There will be random emergency evacuation alarms that will go off. This happened 3 times on the 11th floor where I was on. The hot tub has been broken during the cold season when you really want to use it. The walls are not sounds proof at all.
The location is ideal and right off of Legacy which is nice, but really, for everything they are tying to do and trying to cover up (with whatever shady things are happening with residents) and the reason why cops are being called, pools of blood showing up in the garage, etc etc. I would value my own personal safety over location...
Read moreMy experience thus farđš âď¸From the beginning, Amanda in Sales made us feel like she wanted us here. She displayed professionalism, kindness, and a warm smile. She has continued that warmness and friendly temperament and is ready to assist. She greets you daily with a smile and a friendly wave while saying good morning! âď¸âď¸Then there is Melanie Shepard- Exec. Director - A True Gem. As I mentioned to her that our washer dryer set and dishwasher were not up to par and working, she immediately assisted us and went over and beyond and took care of that. I am forever grateful for the quick loving and professional response. She is a true Gem and does all she can to make sure this high rise remains luxury. âď¸âď¸âď¸Then there is Cody- The Maintenance team. This guy is amazing. I contacted the concierge to let them know my guest bathroom water was barely running and running cold. Most importantly, I had guests coming to town the next morning at 7 am.đ¤ˇđ˘Concierge responded to me that he was gone for the evening, but they would send a message regardless. It's a Friday evening , and Cody calls and says, " I'm at the grocery stir, I understand you have guests coming.. I'll take these groceries home and run to Home Depot to get you a new faucet and come install itđđ˘đđŤ¨â¤ď¸TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest. My heart was filled with joy! He did exactly that, and needless to say, my guest came in town the next morning to a warm bathroom, and we went on to enjoy the resort like pool for the weekend! Last but not least, the âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸concierge and valet team! Coty, Kia, and Nadine are simply pleasant, professional, and such a delight in handling concerns. Our Valet guys, Owis, Denzel, Ahab, and D, are hands down the best. TEO IS BY FAR THE BEST! HE GOES OVER AND BEYOND EVERY SINGLE DAY! HE'S THE BEST! âď¸At this point, we will not be returning to a home. Who wants to live in a house when you can live RESORT style LIVING YEAR round, in a luxury tower as this and a staff and Concierge like lvl29! Thank you so much for making our experience luxury! P.s. Things are going to break down, such as elevators , key fob, etc. What makes an extraordinary luxury high rise the best is that the staff is doing everything in their power to keep it up to par, as they do! I appreciate the staff at LVL29 on keeping LVL29 the best. I'm going to give this place a 4 star! A 5 star for me would be a unit with a gas stove - not necessarily a fan of a electric...
Read moreLevel 29 is a beautiful facility and sales associate Jen Garner was great every time throughout the viewing of the different floor plans. My trouble came when I decided I wasnât going to lease from them. To apply you need to pay $75 application fee, plus a $4.99 processing fee and your $500 deposit. The deposit gets applied to the apartment you choose once you sign the lease. I was encouraged to apply and get approved so I could lock the pricing in, because their rate go up daily. I asked if I applied and decided to switch floor plans would the price be honored. I was told yes as long as I havenât moved in I could choose a different floor plan and everything would be honored and moved over. I applied at the end of October and chose an A8 floor plan. A few days later a was informed the A9 floor plan had come open and I went with that instead. A few weeks later I went up to measure and found out it was going to be tight in the living room. This made me start looking at other properties because there were no A8 floor plans available. I found a place that worked better and was $1,000/mo cheaper, but by that time two A8âs were available two week later than my original A9. By this time their rates were higher and I was told I could move to the A8 at the current pricing(November 30th). I asked manager Zack Elder if he would honor the pricing from October when I applied but didnât sign my lease or if he would match the other locations rate. He told me no on both accounts, but would send it to upper management to see if they would. They also said no and when I decided to cancel my application I was told I wouldnât be receiving my $500 deposit back because I didnât move forward with the lease. The company didnât lose out on any money by holding my apartment, because the current tenant doesnât move out until December 31st and no one could move in until January 7th. Lease rates are higher than when I applied in October, so they will be listing it at a higher/mo at a minimum of a 10 month lease which will allow them to make more money. They are choosing to hold the deposit for damages that didnât exist and money that wasnât lost. This company only cares about money and not their tenants and Iâm glad I found that out before signing a...
