Vegan Vibrationz — Restaurant in Plano

Really unfortunate experience.

We tried calling multiple times over a few hours to ask what brand they use for their meat substitute since we can’t do Beyond, but the call went to voicemail every time. Sadly, they do use Beyond, so we opted for the chicken sandwiches which were good enough, and this is why I opted to give 2 stars instead of 1. The experience was ruined due to staff rudeness.

The young lady at the register was great and helped us find items for our Mother’s Day lunch. She requested assistance from a male coworker who was quite rude to her in front of us and completely ignored us even though we were only separated by the register counter.

Some time passed, and we received a notification that our food was ready to be picked up, but the notification was sent because they had a question about notes from the young lady at register on our order. There was some attitude from the male staff member, but I shrugged and walked away.

20 minutes later, we still have no food (they are NOT busy compared to other stalls in the food hall), so I return to check on the status, and our order is sitting on the counter - no notification that it’s been ready. I get the food back to the seat and realize some of it is no longer even warm, so I reluctantly return to the stall. The male staff member, obviously annoyed, asks what’s wrong and takes the food out of my hands before even discussing options. At this point, we’d been waiting a very long time for our food, and we didn’t want to wait for anything hot to be remade, so I asked if we could switch the item to one of their ready made sides to save time. He honored that request.

Overall, the food was fine - nothing I’d go out of my way to get again especially considering the logistics of the food hall and how small their kitchen is, meaning many things are premade, lower quality, and processed. I’d honestly probably even visit another stall and try their vegan options over Vegan Vibrationz. Stack this with staff rudeness/moodiness, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

We always try to support fully vegan spots when practical, but this was a definite miss, unfortunately. I could recreate the same meal at home with frozen chick’n patties, Tostitos, and prepackaged pasta salad. Sadly, a visit here is not...

I rarely write reviews, but i am heavily disappointed in my experience at this establishment. I came here, initially excited, with my sister to try their food. My sister had already preordered and got her food yet they were mainly focused on talking to her and her dog vs taking my order. It took a while for them to even acknowledge me. Finally someone is present to take my order so i ask what would they recommend bc i had no idea and it was like the man taking my order had an attitude bc i wasnt 100% sure what i wanted yet 😭 then right as im about to order, i get completely disregarded as the guy taking the order started talking to my sister again while im literally just standing there waiting to order. Two of them there and both of them barely acknowledged me and i just don’t get why :( I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service and honestly considering that i spent almost $50 here i shouldn’t have left feeling so crappy. It was like i didn’t even exist. Even as we were leaving, they only asked for my sisters name and again, completed disregarded my presence. I just could not believe it. I enjoy supporting black businesses, especially vegan ones but this was a horrible customer service experience and i honestly regret supporting.
