Chilangos Tacos — Restaurant in Plano

I ordered a group order for 11 people. We didn't receive some of the items. I called and spoke with Luskasia (not sure if that's how her name is spelled) and she said that they could not give a refund for the missing items and insisted that all of the items were present. They definitely were not as I and one of the other managers on my team was assisting me with trying to hand out the orders. They also said that the items were separated by person and they weren't, which made handing the food out even more difficult. I asked to speak with the manager and she stated that she would go speak with them and call back. She said the manager's name is Justin Ross, but would not provide any contact information. She hung up in my face... Not a good look for Chilangos and my team will never order from there again, unfortunately. The ones that got what they ordered said that they were decent but would be better if everyone (including my pregnant team member that didn't get her order) were able to eat as well. Had to send her to work from home due to not being able to eat lunch. Wish I could...

I ate here for the first time today. I had the barbacoa, al pastor, and carne asada tacos. Let's start from worst to best. The al pastor taco wasn't hitting on anything. This taco was bland, never again from here for me. The barbacoa was very tender and had a decent flavor. I would get this again. However, the Carne asada was the best out of the three flavors I ate. The meat was well flavored and very scrumptious. I'll be back for this taco! The service was good for a fast-paced spot. There was a small line with many more waiting for their orders. The accompanying red and green salsas were robust with flavor as well. This is a hot spot and for $4.75 a taco not badly priced for the location either. Definitely give them a try!!! Tacos were cold so I told the lady if they can warm it up, she was very nice and understanding but the guy who was making the tacos star argued with me and told that I supposed to eat them right away and that was the reason my tacos were cold. BTW The time frame between me placing the order and picking them up was about 5 minutes so it shouldn’t be any reason for the food to be cold. This guy had such a bad attitude that at this point I didn’t want the tacos anymore so I asked for a refund, the girl in the register apologised and told me that they gonna redo my order, but they didn’t. They used the same tortillas, when I ate the tacos the tortillas were dried and crispy. Definitely not going back to this location. The one at Alpha and Preston is...
