Ah yes, $15 for two cones of luxury soft serve that apparently had dreams of becoming soup before ever reaching my mouth. I managed one whole lick before the cone performed a full swan diveāonto my hand, then my phone. Graceful.
The employee did attempt a redo, bless her heart, but it melted faster than her ability to turn around. I asked for a refund, and was told "the system doesnāt allow it." Of course it doesnātābecause heaven forbid the system supports basic customer service.
So now Iām left with sticky hands, a sugary phone, no ice cream, and less moneyābut hey, at least disappointment was free
UPDATE: its been over a week after reaching out through email and via their website and have still not received a response regarding a refund for the ice cream I never received. Horrible...
