Rooftop Event Spot — Attraction in Plano

We had our ceremony and reception here 3/21/15 and it was the most amazing day due to the help of Rachel and Whitney. The venue is gorgeous with an industrial feel and rooftop views, but the coordinators put this place over the top. Rachel and Whitney helped us put together the most wonderful beautiful wedding. They took care of setting up/tearing down centerpieces/decor, so our families could focus on celebrating with us, not needing to worry about cleaning everything up. Throughout the entire night they were checking in with us to make sure we didn't need anything, and if there was anything we did need it was immediately taken care of. Not to mention, they are two of the sweetest most accommodating people! Due to their professionalism and attitude we had the best wedding ever! Our guests had a blast, and could not stop complimenting the venue, the food, and the coordinators. We would do it all over again with them if we could! We attended a wedding at this venue. The staff are very unorganized. They enclosed the patio for the wedding, which was a great idea, but they did not turn on the air conditioner. They opened the front and back door to try and get wind to blow through, but that is not great at the end of summer in Texas. At the end of the night we found the control for the air conditioner because it was hot in the reception area too. The staff member said that control panel was for the patio where the wedding was. Everyone was dripping sweat after the ceremony. Then we asked about having a door opened for someone that was handicap instead of walking all the way around, but they said they couldn't and they needed to walk all the way around the building. They have a great idea and the space is nice, but staff needs to be more friendly and they need to run the air conditioner to keep people comfortable. If you want a beautiful place that will allow you to enjoy your special day without the worry of anything to host your wedding/reception, this is the place. If and when kinks get thrown into the plan (because let's be honest, there is no wedding that doesn't have a kink or two) they are quick and skilled at improvising/fixing anything.

From the initial planning with Rachel, food organization with Kali, to executing the plan with Whitney, everyone was kind and skilled!
