This is first and worst experience in this place . I called ahead to inquire about payment options and mentioned that this was my first massage in this area since I recently moved. I also tried to explain where my pain was so the therapist could focus on those areas, but she refused, speaking to me in a harsh tone. At first, the pressure was too hard, but it eventually got better. However, there was no communication and respect from her throughout the session—no check-ins, no adjustments based on what I was saying, just her doing things her own way without considering my input.

For some reason, the pain level evaluation sheet was placed at the reception, so it was essentially useless. At the end, she told me how much tip she expected, even though I mentioned I only had $35 in cash. She said "it's okay, next time," but then she looked into my wallet and asked for a few extra dollars from behind the receipt. I felt really uncomfortable and disappointed. I recently visited Royal Massage and booked a session with Summer. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Summer is highly skilled and attentive—she really focused on the areas that needed extra care and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. Her technique was professional, soothing, and genuinely helped release a lot of tension.
