Spaces West Plano Village — Attraction in Plano

The office spaces and shared spaces are very nice, and I love the staff here. Overall is a very quiet clean and nice place to work. However, if you are considering renting here, please beware: Spaces is owned by Regis, which is a large multinational corporation, and they have very shady billing practices. Your invoices will be hard to understand, they will raise the rent on you unexpectedly, you have to terminate three months before or they will auto renew you for a year And they will not cancel. I was unaware of the three month deadline. I tried to cancel my lease three months before it was expired, but I missed a deadline by two days and they refused to terminate. they forced me to renew my lease for a full year and raised my rent by $200 per month. I fought with them for months to get them to cancel, and they would not. Would not do business...

Stay away From These Rip-offs!!! Corporate Spaces is the worst scam and unfair place! I rented from Spaces just before Co_Vid and after the initial shutdown they completely locked me out from the genral area I was renting during the whole pandemic until they re-opened. They billed me $1900 for a closed office! Can you believe it? I called and e-mailed corporate and they rudely refused to credit my account. Next, I was sent to collections for the $1900. They would not budge either. I was forced to pay because my name and new start-up company could not afford the credit hit and a judgement being assessed against it. Don't let this happen to you!!! Here you go another bad review added to the previous ones.. I’ve been a member for Wework for 3 years and it was the best experience ever for me .. the decision I make by moving to your office still good ( staff and the location are amazing) however be aware please of a big drama that may start if you decide to leave as I’m still in this till the moment and since more than 3 months … their billing system is still cutting even higher than the monthly rent knowing that I left last Oct.. so many emails , visits , phone calls following up and yet didn’t get a serious action.. yes you are forcing me to change my card but at the same time I’m not leaving what you should...
