Jae must was have been having a bad day. When I was paying for my order, I asked her if I could try a sample of one of the protein waffles. She said, āyesā and then turned around to start my order. I wasnāt sure if she needed to ring it up or not so I asked her, āshould I just grab one?ā. She responded with, āthatās what the samples are there forā. š okay, rude! I laughed it off. This was my second time visiting and I had planned on coming back again so I downloaded the app whilst I was waiting. I went to enter receipt information and it said the order number was incorrect. So I asked Jae, is this order number on the receipt. I told her the ticket number isnāt working. Is that the number Iām supposed to use and she responded with āyeah I would think thatās itā š¤¦š¼āāļø Okay Jae you clearly donāt want to help me. I asked for the store manager. She said āthats me. Is there a problem?ā I said, āyes, can I get your district managers name and numberā. So she gave it to me and said āsorry about thatā. Jae, you arenāt sorry. From what I read on other reviews, youāve been there awhile and know better. Being condescending aināt it pretty girl. Being kind and helpful should be your take in the world if youāre going to be a leader. I would encourage taking a communication class on interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. In hopes of making a healthier decision for breakfast on my commute I made a stop and decided to order online. I wanted to swap strawberries for blueberries with no option to do that online I selected no strawberries and then called the shop. I called multiple times with no success but no problem itās just blueberries.
Not at Nekter Iām met with extreme passive aggressive behavior from a woman who is not even helping me out. Talking past me saying blueberries cost money. And then the woman who is helping me begins to lecture me telling me that I should call ahead but that my call likely said spam and that blueberries are expensive. Now at this point theyāve given a tiny handful of blueberries and not only have I started my morning with the absolute most ridiculous behavior and being told I have a spam phone number but the bowl is made wrong too.
I called twice again once I got in the car still no answer.

That is a bold face lie! your employees were no where near the counter when I threw the smoothie on the counter! Maybe you should take the time to talk to your customer before you accept the kids view of what took place given they were the ones that were mistreating your customer!!!! If you had of taken the time to have a conversation with your customer you would have been told that my ear buds had absolutely nothing playing nor anyone on the phone so you like your employees assumed I could not hear them. Additionally, your employee is lying about the noise they were upset that I spoke to your manager about their behavior and she clearly yelled at me when the smoothie was ready!
Bottom line seems to me that you have rude employees because you seem to not be smart enough to research the issues you have! Anyone dumb enough to take the version of the very same employees that treated your long time customer rudely than you deserve the team you have!
