Tiny Lash & Nails Room — Attraction in Plano

Ok, I didn't make an appointment, my bad. I was in desperate need for some me time. So...I went in thinking it was the old ownership, and I was shocked when I walked in! Ahn, the owner was SO nice and hilarious (we need humor in the world these days)! I think she saw the shock in my expression at the change. She & her beautiful staff bent over backward to take care of me and everyone there. The old owner had great service and that's why I went there after I moved to Plano/Allen area last year, but it looked like a man designed the whole shop LOL!!! *Disclaimer...guys can enjoy a good mani-pedi there too, I'm sure, and my husband WILL be going with me, and he's all dude. Anyway, the spa is a beautiful, and awesome! I had the best pedicure (Thuy), and service. Ahn and her staff are AMAZING!!! I'm looking forward to getting my microblading from Cici next week. I went in asking for a set of acrylic nails, they proceeded to let me pick my color out. Then the lady at the front waited till she saw me pick it out and not even have the decency to tell me herself but instead had a older lady walk all the way from the back of the salon come up and tell me that they would not be able to do my acrylic nails today due to not having the right staff. Then when I could not understand the lady clearly I asked the front lady if she could explain it better for me, and she couldn’t even look up at me and just said since my sister is not here today we won’t be able to do them.

I’m more upset that the lady at the front did not even have enough decency to tell me initially that they would not be able to do the set instead of just letting me look stupid and pick out my color and everything. Went to Ocean Nails 3 days ago and hated my experience. I had a mani and pedi done and was not satisfied. First, on the pedicure, they did not eliminate my calluses on both feet. Also the clipping and nail filing were so uneven. Granted the hot rocks and warm towel was a plus, but I'd rather have a proper pedicure than all the "extras". Second, the manicure, all I asked for was a clear polish - it has already started to come off starting at the cuticle. Then my biggest problem with my mani was that right after I was done and went home, all 10 nails started peeling. My nails looked horrible. My mom was there with me as well and asked for a French manicure on both hands and feet and was drawn horribly, not to mention the polish has started to peel as well.
