If i could leave negative stars and shut this place down i would! Every couple of months i come expecting it to be different attitudes since they’re different people but yall hire the worst people ever. The minute you walk in, you’re expected to know your order or else you’ll get the stankiest attitude. How this place has any good reviews i don’t know. It should be a requirement that they all take a customer service test because right now all of them would fail. It’s actually so crazy how rude they are! Another thing is they might as well be uneducated with how much they don’t understand anything you say, if you want to swap out something or add two/three things to your order wether it be a bowl or drink they will have the dumbest look on their face trying to comprehend what your asking. Read moreI literally come to this location every other day and I order the same smoothie. I normally use the app but today I decided to stop by and pay with cash. The guy cashed me out for my order which was $9+, I handed him a 20 and he gave me my exact change. Before the initial transaction, it was obvious he was adding something to my ticket, once I received my ticket I noticed he added a discount to my ticket and the total was $1.50 for a $9 smoothie ( I order this smoothie every day so I should know) it was fixed once i brought it to his attention. I tip faithfully but when I noticed the shady business going on I didn't think they deserved one. It's one thing trying to steal from the company you work for but why cheat your loyal customers out of their reward points?!?! If I would have scanned the first receipt, I would have only gotten 1 banana point. I WONT BE BACK. Read moreThis review is for online ordering, which I've done three times. Seriously the greatest thing, other than having a drive-thru, for a Mom with little kids. When my little ones had sore throats I knew a Jamba Juice was all they'd have for a meal, so I jumped onto my phone and thought I'd try the online ordering. I purchased two kids smoothies and one for myself too. The app said it would take a few moments so when I pulled up a minute later and stepped inside, I was shocked to hear them say, "yep here they are". They opened a small fridge/freezer behind the counter and out came my order. Since I already paid online I thanked them and walked out. The whole thing took seconds. FANTASTIC!!!
