Watch out for Ryan , bryan the parking lot attendant he claimed he called the cops on me. False ! And not a good idea to do. I approached the door of the business when Ryan or Bryan came out talking ??? And said come over here rudely I was confused???? Then he said look at the camera??? The way he approach and was speaking to me was rude no communication at all ?? I’ve been there before the pandemic and during since the pandemic and this was new . When I ask what’s this he gave me strong attitude i walked away avoiding any confrontation! I was upset. I’ve purchase here before there’s no need to be treated like that. I he claimed he called the cops I said call them I even went to the door to speak with a manager nobody open I even took my mask down to show my face i then turned around and walked to my vehicle because I don’t want to be shot from The cops since nobody wants to talk to me so obviously Ryan or Bryan falsely accused me?? I have no problem following any pandemic business policy’s but to be treated with attitude I was no threat he made it that way whatever he said and to be honest I was racially profiled that’s how I felt because when a different gentleman walked outside I tried to get his attention quickly regarding the situation but nobody seemed to care and I said I need to talk to a manager he just looked didn’t say nothing so I said I’ll make a claim regarding this he threw a thumbs 👍🏽? So obvious nobody was concern of the costumer I’ve purchase there before and made many stops so to be treated that way was unfair Thank you you for Elisabeth !I called mins later Fernando helped and Elisabeth helped . Elisabeth She understood and apologized for the incident which she didnt have to I’m glad she works there because she definitely cared of the costumer and someone who cares is more valuable then a sale ! In the past, I have known about this place for a million years or so, maybe even went in with a friend or two to get some xtra cash from some scrap pieces of gold. I always felt nervous and basically embarrassed to be there, until the present day... When my mom died and i was faced with a ton of responsibilies I couldnt afford to mess up I found myself heading to coin and jewelry ALOT! I can see how the already nervous feeling one may have going into the shop could lead you to think that the guys who run the place are a bunch of jerks. Keep in mind they aren't there to analyze your life, they are there to get you thru it, temporarily and of coarse financially. What started for me to be a place I could borrow money to get me thru my tough times, has turned into a place my kid and I turn to not only for a loan but to check in with some of the best "shrinks" in the business. Dont be fooled by theyre "smugness" they just buy and sell a part of your life, on a daily basis and have seen and heard a thing or two from every situation ever known to man. I'd be called a lot worse then "smug" if I worked there. Give the people in the front the benefit of (your) doubt, they do it for you, EVERY time you walk in their door. All i got to say about this place is, they saved me in more ways then just with a little $, They are truly invested in my life now (literally) as I feel I am in theirs (literally) I LOVE THEM ALL (For the most part) Give them a chance or better yet, dont! I've been going to pleasant hill jewelry and coin since it was next to the movie theater by old mall never had a complaint from my wife but I used to show up without a reason with something I thought she might like.Usually it was a trade plus cash either way but mostly from me to them for the better items she since passed away and I got a girlfriend who hates gold lucky me lol but I went with white gold 3 diamond ring just a Christmas thing anyway turned out it was platinum and I never dealt with it but I knew I wasn't being mislead and after I did some research and he did me a favor as far as quality and durability ..Ive pawned sold bought traded over the years and never felt wronged and fairly treated and they spent time explaining back years ago when the fake jewelry was being sold around town and to watch for it .The guy I did most business with is gone now good sized guy who I think name was Chris explained how to tell differences in gold and gold plated marked 14kt never got nothing but fairly felt with stopped going anywhere else many years ago I just saw some crappy reviews and I just don't understand why people believe the world owes them more money..respect then give and everything revolves around them im old but not scared people who mean business don't run there mouths anyway you guys don't deserve that crap I appreciate you A lot of these places are gone now glad you guys are still around and being who you are...
