Paige Ryan Salon — Attraction in Plymouth Charter Township

Booked my appointment wrong. Couldn’t accommodate what I wanted to get done so I left without getting my hair done. My niece was there getting her hair done and was unsure with the process. Meanwhile after I already picked up my kid from the babysitter, they call me and say they can do what I asked originally (highlight & haircut) at later time can I come in. I could not & the person hung up on me! I had questions about my nieces service currently in progress during all this and she hung up on me and wouldn’t pick up the phone until I called THREE times. Once I got my questions answered, I picked my niece up when she was done, paid and tipped accordingly. I will never go back because of how I was treated from start to finish. I love Paige Ryan Salon! I’ve been going there for the last 7 years or so and I’m always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm by one of the girls up front. I’ve seen several of the colorist and Jamie is my favorite! She’s so personable and just down to earth. Always asks about my family and makes me feel right at home. I was having a rough week & decided it was a good idea to trim my own bangs. I had no business doing so, but it happened.
