Speaking as someone who's visited, worked, and been featured, I can say Museum of the White Mountains is a gem. This museum is under the Plymouth State University umbrella and run by an amazing team including the Director, Assistant Director, Curator, and student workers. The Museum has a new exhibit about every 4 months, with fun events hosted in the lower level of the museum which you can also find on the museum's YouTube Channel. Great for a solo visit or a larger group. Although this museum may look small from outside, the staff are experts at curation and space utilization and I think you'll be surprised how big it feels on the inside.
