I would not recommend shopping here for any jewelry needs. I bought a 10k gold necklace for my girlfriend in November for our anniversary. I wanted to shop local instead of buying from a chain, turns out that was a mistake. The owner was very nice, however took advantage of me not knowing much about jewelry, which is my own fault of course. I picked out a necklace that was listed as 14k gold, I bought it, brought it home showed my friends and come to find out it was only 10k. I brought it back down to him immediately that day and in which he blamed his daughter for mismarking the necklace and instead of giving me some sort of refund he tried to sell me more jewelry and insisted I got a good deal. A week of her wearing it, it broke. Brought it down to them and they charged me 30 dollars to fix it. No more than two weeks later it has broken again. Don’t even bother doing business with these guys. Live and you learn, just hoping to help...

They did a horrible job they did not inventory anything, nor did they give me any receipts. It seems as though they work as a team to try and swindle prices down tell you everything is worth nothing and they’re going to scrap it then you see it two days later listed on eBay for 10 times what they paid you. Then They will say they’re going to do one thing and do another half of the items were supposed to be on consignment come to find out, they only did one and still did not give a receipt we had to go up next day to get a receipt. I would not do business there ever again, and I recommend nobody does...

This jewelry shop is amazing; Wolfson jewelers is a benchmark of the town of Plymouth. I had two rings recently resized and repaired, which were quickly returned and with no issues. Their customer service was friendly and very professional. What makes this mom and pop stand out from other jewelry stores is they have a lovely collection of old LP records still on good shape. Any audiophile can come in and paw through what they have. I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone who has a need for jewelry or repairs or any audio lover who still has a need for...
