Our iPhone 6s had a battery problem that Apple would not fix, even though this phone is well known for this issue.
The salesman said we'd have to pay off $245 even after I'd paid 16 out of 24 payments for a defective phone. Or I was told I could trade the phone in for $130 worth of "accessories", get a new phone, and start payments over. They were willing to blame Apple for the battery and us for not having insurance but it is a defective product Verizon sold to us. Anyway...
What he failed to tell me was that we could upgrade the phone. Sadly, he was more for the money than for the consumer. I already knew prior to the visit that we were eligible to upgrade the phone and waited for him to mention this option, yet he didn't. So finally I brought it up, and he acted surprised.
Of course this completely destroyed my trust in this company. He was a college kid, as are most there, but that doesn't mean consumers shouldn't be informed. And yet before I gave them the knowledge the phone could be upgraded they kept repeating "We love a well informed customer". Well beware, be well informed yourself before you get there otherwise they won't give you the cheapest option nor nor inform you of it.. I walked out paying $40 for the tax on a new phone and not the 245$ nor the $130 in accessories they tried to suck me into.
In the end, he made up for some of this by taking off unnecessary features on our account like "Verizon Cloud" some unscrupulous salesman put on our account 2 years ago. $250 over 2 years down the drain so he redeemed himself there:) thanks Mike! But don't trust them. Know your stuff. ...

Every time I go there, there is always someone to greet you with a huge smile the second you walk in. I went in this past weekend to to get a new iPhone and an apple watch (which I was so excited about) and they made everything so seamless and were so eager to help me set up the new phone and apple watch even though they had 3 other clients they were already working with. They are beyond proactive and attentive to each and every customer and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive every time. When I went in on Friday they actually didn't have the apple watch I wanted in stock and so they went out of their way to call to see if a truck that was coming from CT had one they could drop off on the way so I could get it Sunday before I headed back up to Boston and they did!! They have never tried to sell me on anything, but instead explain the pros and cons to each gadget and accessory. For example, I was going to order the screen protector on amazon for my apple watch and he told me about how his cousin had to honestly replace his every time he scratched it and one time it even got underneath the screen protector and scratched the whole watch..... So I asked what he recommended and for just $40 he had this new liquid glass that offers a $150 rebate if anything happens to the screen. . . Needless to say, I cannot speak highly enough about the gentlemen at this Verizon store. Always a 10/10...

I think a lot of us show up feeling intimidated and not sure what to expect whenever weāre purchasing a new phone and trading our old one in. This experience was incredible, so unbelievable I had to write about it. Sameer helped me and it was wonderful. He explained everything for me. He also let me know how to get my bill lower and what would be the best plan for me. He let me know about a few promotions that they had in which I took full advantage of. He was very attentive and stayed with me the entire time. Sameer showed me how to trade in my old phone, and get a new phone, pick out accessories, switch all of my data and apps over to my new phone and wipe my old phone clean before I traded it in. All of this happened in less than an hour. I was in and out and on my way out I had an amazing new iPhone and Apple Watch. He also let me know that they were selling charging docks at a discounted rate in which I needed for my home. Overall, this has been an incredible experience at Verizon. Shoutout to Sameer, without him this would not be possible. Everyone at this location was incredibly professional and kind. They made it feel not intimidating at all! I am so grateful. I love my new phone and watch. Thank you so much...
