My coworker highly recommended this place so I ordered a cake to be picked up for my dogs birthday months in advance. No one informed me a fair would be going on the same day. I drive all the way out there. Their business is in the middle of the fair. There’s no where to park, roads are closed. It’s hot as heck outside. I would have had to of walked BLOCKS in the heat with a cake which just wouldn’t make sense. I called to ask if I could pick it up a different day and the lady who answered the phone was so incredible rude. Wanted to offer me no assistance and just said ā€œthe fairs going on tomorrow too so I don’t know what you want me to doā€ I just said forget it I don’t want the cake anymore. It was supposed to be for my oldest dogs last birthday this year. So disappointed in this business. Will not be ordering anything else or recommending UPDATE: The owner did call and apologize and fix the situation. They made me a brand new cake and even gave me some goodies for my doggy. And he did have a good little belated party. The people were extremely nice in fixing the situation. And I do appreciate them taking the time to apologize and making a brand new cake.

This place is absolutely adorable! Tucked away between a few specialty shops, including a groomer, in downtown Plymouth, it’s a hidden gem that every pet owner should visit. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the most amazing smell! The treats look so good, I almost wanted to try them myself! They even offer custom birthday cakes for your pets, which is such a sweet touch. The store is packed with a variety of toys, treats, food, rawhides, and the most adorable clothes for your furry friends. Whether you’re shopping for a special occasion or just because, there’s something for every pet. The staff is incredibly friendly and inviting, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. The prices for the treats are very reasonable, and while I didn’t look at prices for other items, I imagine they’re fairly typical for specialty stores. It’s a wonderful spot to spoil your pet, and I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time stopping into the shop and I’m so glad I did. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a great conversation about how he got started with the bakery and you can really feel his passion for what he does. It made the experience so special. They even have a photo wall featuring customer’s pets, which I thought was a meaningful way to include the community in the business. The moment I walked in, I could tell everything was made with so much love and care for our pets. There were so many adorable and creative treats to choose from. I honestly had a hard time deciding, so I ended up leaving with a bunch for my dog. The prices were super reasonable too, which was such a nice surprise given the quality. It’s rare to find a place that puts this much heart into what they do. I’ll definitely be back and I can’t wait to bring my pup with me next time. :-)
