The BEST place to get an engagement ring. We came in with a photo of my mother's ring (which was a crazy unique setting that looked like a flower with marquis stones as petals) and Drew's first response was that, if we wanted, he could make the ring for us!

I hadn't really looked into my options yet, so we asked to look at the settings he had that would be visually similar. He hit the nail on he head with his first pick. The setting was different, but it kept with the key concepts that made my mother's ring so appealing to me.

Drew even colored in the side stones so I would know what it could look like with emeralds in the band. I was over the moon! But I didn't want to jump on the first ring at our first stop and regret it later, so my poor man and I paraded through a few more shops while we thought on it.

I didn't know how lucky I'd been. In comparison, many other salespeople were pushy, presumptuous, and a few insisted on rings that weren't even remotely close to my taste or would only show us "clearance" rings.

My fiance went right back to Drew and bought the ring I fell for.

I also should mention that Drew was more interested in getting us a ring that matched what we wanted than anything. He came across as attentive, tasteful, and knowledgeable in his business. If you’re looking for a jeweler in town, trust me: you just found the guy! I spoke with two separate businesses before going to Michael Jewelers, and the difference was UNBELIEVABLE. Drew went above and beyond to create my custom engagement ring, and did so by taking into account how my hand is shaped, with a design I was VERY picky about, and brought some of his endless expertise so I could leave the shop with a one-of-a-kind ring. And magically, he was able to keep it in our budget?! Drew is a miracle worker with metal, and he was so inquisitive, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. He helped address each of my concerns before we moved forward with the process and could communicate each step to me unlike any other shop. Hats off to you, Drew! I don't often go to my computer to leave feed back,but my first and dealing with Drew at Michael's Jewelers was a pleasure. I had dealt with another jewelry store that I will leave unnamed and left me up -set. I told a friend about my experience and she told me about Michaels and had nothing but praise! I called and set up an appointment with Drew, upon arriving I was treated with understanding about my difficulty in my dealing with the previous jeweler I had dealt with. Drew examined my bracelet and listened to what I had to say, he then told me what he would do and gave me a price and a time of completions with a follow-up asking if there was anything else that I desired. I have to say the price and the time for me to pick-up my bracelet were such that when I left his store was in a very good state of mine.. Later when I picked my item can only say that I will be dealing with Michael's in the further and will be telling my friends about Drew as I was.
