Called after I had locked my keys in my car on a Sunday. Person who answered the phone seemed like I was inconveniencing them just by calling. Asked what I could expect to pay to have my car broken into and they said for a Sunday afternoon a service call like that would be $60, as if the day of the week and the time of day affected the price. Asked if they were open the rest of the evening, got a response that they weren't technically open at all, as if the guy was doing me a favor just by picking up the phone.
Decided before I had even hung up that I would rather chuck a rock through my windshield before paying this guy for anything. Promptly tried any other place I could think of before breaking in myself.
Overall the guy was just a huge tool over the phone and knew immediately it was not someone I would want to pay for anything, much less breaking into my vehicle. Would suggest that you either update your hours of business to not say 24/7 if you're going to be unprofessional about receiving a call from a potential client on a Sunday afternoon, or that you get out of the customer service business since you obviously can't handle a simple inquiry about pricing over the phone in a professional and...
Read moreWe had a new key programed to our 2013 Chrysler 200 because we lost the original key, and after about a week we found the original in a jacket pocket. We then tried to use our original key and it wouldn't work. My husband called and they said they don't believe it's our original key and they won't fix it unless we pay them to reprogram the original. Why would we need to pay the company to fix something that they rendered useless??! Our original key should work. They have cheaper prices, but, for example, it's pointless if you're going in to purchase a spare and then after only one works. I'd rate zero stars if I could.
**UPDATE: They called and left a message saying they could do it for us for half the price. Which, I'll be honest, was a little patronizing. Once again: Why should I have to pay for them to program my factory key?
The only way I will change my review (or opinion of them) is if they do the thing they should and reprogram my key without expecting me to pay. Which I honestly don't think is an...
Read moreTried to have a key programmed and it did not work. Eventually one of the technicians said they could not get a needed code from the Nissan website because that website was down. I asked if they could come back tomorrow, and he said that they could not invest any more time into my vehicle. Assuming that I would rather not pay them for today and instead I should take my car to the dealership by tow. I would have paid for both today and tomorrow to program this key. I am from out of state visiting and stuck at my families. Not sure why they wouldn't just help me out on this one when the code is available. Or else possibly work on making your own repository of these codes. Sorry that we couldn't do business. I expected to be charged and I would have had you come back for your efforts but instead it was uncomfortable and somewhat dramatic because they just gave up forever....
