This place is tricking people with the claw machines. It is a scam. It is a scam, because they are not providing a fair opportunity to win they are attracting people to the machine even though they know that the claw will not work. All the games had the plushies and toys very close and thigh, that practice is very usual for the claw machines. The Care Bears game had toys dispersed and very close to the hole, many people were attracted to the game. I scanned my play card and the claw didn't drop to pick the toy. I called the employee because of the malfunction and he refused to return my money or give me another turn. He said that if the claw is too close to the hole is not going to drop. I have played claw machines all my life and never ever had issues with the claw not dropping near the hole. He asked for my play card and after a while he sent another employee to return me the card, the other employee said that the guy was the manager. I did not receive another opportunity on the machine and no money back. So many people were playing on that machine with my same luck, the claw never dropped and they lost their money.
