Unfortunately this hotel has the worst customer service. The hotel manager, Caren, who has been there for 31 years was not able to take ownership or even apologize for an error she made. I called on the phone and booked a stay for 2 nights. They snail mailed a paper home with the room reservation (they are archaic and do not use email for confirmations). The room reservation on the paper said one night. When I called, Caren was not there but the person who worked at night, held the last room they had for us for the second night and said we need to speak to Caren about the mixup when we got to the hotel. Well when we saw Caren the next day, she was a very disgruntled woman, who said it was impossible that she made a mistake and it was my error for not checking the paper. Well guess what, I did check the paper, I called to correct the error and then told I still needed to speak to her about it so there I was. She was angry, she offered us another room with only one bed, and said, “whatever, take it or leave it.” Ummm....I don’t believe that is how you treat a customer. Even after I told her that is not how she would want to be treated at an establishment, she said, “I don’t believe I am wrong.” Needless to say, we won’t be staying...

Read moreTERRIBLE can’t even begin to describe my stay here! My husband and I as well as my in-laws have been staying at this motel for years but this trip was the last!!! The second day we were there the power went out! It was 90°+ outside we waited for 2 + hours in hopes it would turn back on unfortunately with my MEDICAL CONDITION I need a refrigerator so we had to leave!! The lady at the front desk seemed to care less she said what would you do at home or another hotel what kind of response is that to someone who just said the medicine they need every day has to be refrigerated?!?! Then she said there’s an ice machine which I pointed out doesn’t work due to the fact in runs on electric!! Meanwhile she was standing outside the whole time because of how hot it was inside the office yet we were supposed to stay there overnight!! Other residents were sitting in their cars with the AC on or leaving their doors wide open which obviously you could not do you all night!!
