Overall the arcade is enjoyable BUT their crane games are a straight up rip off. They need to adjust the machine settings to let customers to actually win. With the current settings, they may as well be money shredding machines.

Male staff was very rude to my daughter and I while being there on vacation. He insisted we counted our ticket slips wrong for a prize my daughter wanted and then referred to me as "the problem". Well, this "problem" spent a lot of money there to win the prize my child wanted and can promise you that this is the first and last time we will stay in Point Pleasant because of it. My father had been brining us here since we were kids. I'm 30 now and brought my girlfriend and her 6 year old sister a few times this year and it usually isn't too bad.
