24-7 Fitness and Tanning is hands down the best fitness center I've found in the Georgia/Carolinas area. After over 30 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and former gym owner, I can confidently say that this fitness center stands out from the crowd and is unmatched.

What Makes This Place Special: The community atmosphere is unmatched - members are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and supportive, whether you're a serious bodybuilder or just starting your fitness journey. There's zero judgment here, just encouragement.

Facilities: Four rooms equipped with top-of-the-line, well-maintained, and spacious facilities. The music is so good, I don't even need headphones, which has actually helped me connect with other members—something that's become rare in today's gym culture. However, if you want to focus or take your workout seriously, just put your headphones back on, and everyone will get the hint. It’s all up to you.

. Tanning: Their tanning facilities are excellent, with consistently fresh bulbs, which makes all the difference — a detail many places overlook when offering free tanning.

Value: Despite the premium experience, the pricing is very reasonable. I personally recommended that he increase the rates. He disagreed. Instead, he offers substantial discounts for couples, students, and first responders. Additionally, your membership grants access to their other locations.

Management: The owner sincerely cares about creating a positive environment, rather than pushing high-pressure sales. He enjoys making rates affordable so that everyone can work out. He and his dog, Max, foster such a welcoming atmosphere that I actually look forward to every workout again.

Beware of signing the gym contract. My daughter was a member and tried to cancel late February because of leaving for the military. They told her to respond to an email to cancel but she was already in boot camp and could not do so until late April. I, (her father) attempted several times to have the owner contact me which never happened. After two months and very frustrated, I was told to contact ABC financial as they controlled the billing. They were no help (twice) because I was not on the account. The problem is my daughter is in Alaska on a cutter with no computer access and could not provide documentation until May when it was canceled. I understand the fine print in the contact is to provide documentation, however, I do not understand why a refund was not issued after documentation was provided for a service that was not used from March 1 and they charged her an additional $50 for a new contract year. I was just told it was her responsibility with absolutely no regard for circumstances. I finally spoke with Allen who stated there was at least 6 to 12 weeks notice she would have had to provide documentation. Actually, this is not true. She had a date and was moved up with only two weeks notice. If you have ever dealt with the military, documentation is difficult to secure in a timely manner from the military. I was trying to explain this when Allen just abruptly ended the call hanging up. I just feel that the cancelation policy takes advantage of situations where documentation may take some time. If an individual provides documentation, the cancelation should be from the attempted cancelation time if there has been no use of...

I moved to the GA area in October of 2020 and was looking for a home gym to workout in that felt like home away from home....I moved from the Midwest looking for a new start and new adventures. I love working out and have been working out for better than 15 yrs now. My stay in GA WAS short bc I got a better job offer in Alabama and my girlfriend lived there....I went to the owners who when I signed up were great ppl to deal with. In February I accepted another sales position in Alabama and moved.....once I told them I was moving I was told to contact an agent they used to handle all the accounts. I sent them the documents showing proof I no longer reside in GA and I now live out of state pls cancel my membership....it is now April and I am still trying to cancel my membership, oh yea by the way they still want me to pay for a facility that I no longer frequent, I reached out to the owners and it’s like crickets....they don’t answer my calls or text messages. Finally I get a text message back saying that I was frustrated with the company. I sent the owner my proof and asked if they could forward the info....her response was NO!! I thought this was a good place until I had a Legitimate reason to cancel not bc I wasn’t trying to workout. When you ask a business to help and they tell you no, I would think twice about signing up. My 2 stars here is bc of the equipment the gym had, it was really nice....however the lack of help from this company 24/7 family Fitness, which lacks family at all...
