DNA Computerworks — Attraction in Pooler

I highly recommend this shop, went above and beyond what i originally asked him, some people may see this as a bad thing but its not always the case, neither of us were 100% sure what the issue was apon drop off but had a few speculations, he tested me drives and everything else, cleaned my entire pc ( i have extreamly bad allergies to dust etc..) so this was highly appreciated by me that i didnt have to do it. my case also did not come with driver mounts i just had them stacked together in the bottom of my case, he 3D printed me his own moddle of one and slapped it in there and mounted my drives for me to avoide any future drive failures. and to top it all off he pointed out a fan in the front of my case that i had installed backwards by mistake, and made me aware it could create a "heat loop" well iv always felt my glass panel and it was always really hot, well since i flipped that fan around the temps have dropped a great amount. Even when i called him he was willing to give me some quick info for me to attempt to fix my issue myself before coming in, most shops will just gatekeep information but he was very willing to help in any way he possibly could all for a extreamly fair price as well. I went there because my computer just broke down out of nowhere. The guys there took their time and made sure to test every single component to let me know what was truly wrong with my machine instead of just doing a hot fix and sending me home with something that would just break again in a few days. They kept me updated with the progress and gave me details on what's happening with my computer in a way I could understand. Long story short, my computer was basically totaled. So I decided to go the route of getting a custom built computer through them. I had always wanted to get a custom gaming computer but didn't want to just get a pre-built one or go through all the hassle of trying to go through the process of doing it alone. I gave them my budget and I told them what I basically wanted and they did what they could to get me the best possible parts. They ordered all the parts, put them together, did all the installing of software, and transferred over all my files from my old computer in under a week! They have horrible communication and record keeping practices. I called several times asking about my computers I sent to them and they kept telling me they didn’t get to it yet... for months! It got to the point I got very busy and I moved and everytime I came back to savannah I forgot to go get my computers or I would call and not get an answer. Mind you I never got a call saying they could, couldn’t or did fix the computers. One year later I finally remembered to call them again and was told to wait and let them look. A day later he tells me he THINKS they were sold to a recycler. Furthermore he had no record of my drop off, no record of any repairs attempted/done or any record of it being sold to a recycler. Keep in mind I never received one call or email from them from the time I dropped off my computers to the time I found out they had sold my property without my permission. They also have no record of me agreeing to allow them to do so. So my confidential information on two computers is in the hands of God knows who and they did this without my permission or knowledge.
