I visited The Flowery in Port Orange on September 22, and it was by far one of the worst dispensary experiences I’ve ever had. I drove over 50 miles from Oviedo with some other medical patients from the area (gotta save gas in this economy ) after placing an online order, and we even called customer service to confirm everything was good to go. They confirmed our order and sent us a receipt. But when we got to the store, the representative we dealt with was one of the rudest and most disrespectful budtenders I’ve seen in Florida. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but anyone acting like this shouldn’t have a job.
The budtender refused to honor a promotion that had already been confirmed with customer service. Then they brought out the assistant general manager, Neal, who had such a condescending attitude. They made us wait for 35 minutes while helping other customers, only to turn around and tell us they weren’t going to help us after all. This is not the first time I’ve heard of The Flowery pulling stunts like this. It feels like a bait-and-switch to get people into the store, only to jack up the price once you arrive.
When Neal finally did ring us up, the price was more than triple what customer service had confirmed. Neal told the budtender to apply our industry discount and a 20% off code from a delivery survey we had. But the budtender refused to even follow his own manager’s instructions, and he kept up his bad attitude the whole time. One of my friends was so anxious from how poorly we were being treated that they almost cried. I can’t believe anyone would let their staff treat medical patients like this.
On top of everything, all of our orders were completely wrong. My friend’s order nearly doubled in price, and when I tried to cancel my order and just get an RSO syringe, they somehow messed up and took over an ounce of flower from my recommendation, even though I didn’t buy any flower. It took five days of calling customer service to get them to fix the error and release my recommendation back.
It’s honestly sad that 710 Labs does business with The Flowery because this kind of service is unacceptable. If I was 710 Labs, I’d rethink my relationship with them. My friends and I will never shop here again, and I’m telling everyone I know—don’t go to The Flowery. You’ll regret it.
If anyone from The Flowery cares to reach out, I have screenshots and records of everything listed above. I just wish I knew the bud tender’s name so that I could report him and people like him wouldn’t make medical patients feel uncomfortable. I get it, sometimes sales don’t work, but you don’t have to be a jerk and make people feel like they’re gonna cry....

A) who sells or buys a quarter ounce of shake? Especially when it’s $100? They want you to believe that it’s good stuff broke up, but I guarantee you it’s harsh if they broke it up and it has been sitting in transit. No thanks. I can get a half ounce of primo Jungle Boys for $99 on sale right now… and fairly often. B) the website is not user friendly. Every time I try logging in it doesn’t recognize my password. I have setup the easiest password to remember and an hour later try logging back on with no success. Texted the chat window and the girl reset my password to “Flowery123” and that didn’t work when I tried logging in. I gave up on her and went the email reset route. It let me change my password to an equally easy one to remember… and an hour later didn’t recognize it. Yeah, this place isn’t worth the frustration with such expensive medical marijuana. Read moreEveryn is extremely rude every visit I make there. She huffs, puffs and scoffs in front of you when you ask her anything making me feel like a nuisance. She makes me feel very uncomfortable when I am there. I went in today and I had to pick up order and they had a long line which typically they don’t.. I asked her if I could cancel my order and place a new one so I could add a little extra flour and a pre-roll because I have a 10 hour shift today and she told me no because I’m next in line and every time I go over there she’s so rude to me if I ever wanna add something extra. My Review is my nickname so I will not show in system and rather be anonymous. She should have some compassion because we are patients going in.
