Wawa — Restaurant in Port Orange

I will start by saying this is my regular WAWA location , so I will be delicate with how I word this. I will start with the positive. The food is usually good. Drinks are AMAZING. So many options and selections and rarely are they unavailable. There are three people here worth coming for. One is Caryol (Pronounced Carol. I will fix spelling ) she is just beyond an amazing person . and there's a young man and women who usually work the beverage station. ( I will edit their names in next time I see them) But... Debbie is the Downfall to this location. She is absolutely insanely rude to me every single time I have been there and today took the cake. She yelled over me when i use my manners and am very respectful, couldn't even walk to get a pack of cigars, she threw my Id on the counter and is just extremely unpleasant. I feel like Ed , the guy who had to grab the cigars for Debbie because she was confused and couldn't get them, also noticed how rude she was but he wasn't much a nice person either. Mpre monotone. He just hopped on the other register because he knows if he doesn't, Debbie would have us in there for 5 hours. Anyways, I'm usually a very forgiving person but this lady needs a new job. Just very uncomfortable. . She can really turn a great day...

Usually not bad. But there is one older lady that makes sandwiches and is extremely rude 100% of the time. Every single time I see her I already know she is going to say rude comments directly to my face for simply using the special request button to Add a Sauce that isn’t an option for the sandwich. Such as “are you serious? Really dude ? You’re killing me. What’s the request”? With a rude gesture and angry look on her face. Then I say well it’s simple can you add mustard please ? It’s not an option. Like really? I’m killing you by adding a sauce that takes two seconds ? Then is rude and says more comments as she gives me the sandwich. I always say “hope you have a better rest of your day” she responded this time with “oh I will I’m about to leave and it seems like you people always bother me before I’m about to leave”… wow. HORRIBLE service. That lady shouldn’t be in this type of service then. Also the sandwich she makes will always be sloppy. Toppings all on one side. Covered in sloppy sauce. Purposely made poorly. I would go to a different wawa but this one is 2 minutes away from my house. It’s shocking how bad this ladies attitude is. This happened 100% of the time over 30 occasions. Do better. I used to love coming here. We would spend at least $50 a week here & we’ve got the rewards account to prove it. However service has just been going straight downhill as of late. I asked to be contacted by a manager on Labor Day and it’s almost Thanksgiving and I have yet to be contacted. The same issue happened again and I just got a refund & most recently we’ve been getting attitudes in the morning for no reason. I’ll order on the app and send someone with the same last name and the same rewards card on his keychain and they’ll make remarks like “you’re not Alyssa” when he has the order confirmation in his hand. I live right next to this location but I’m pretty close to just driving down to the other Port Orange location. The fact that a manager refuses to speak to a customer who pays well over $50-75 a week is appalling to me and that the customer service just keeps getting worse makes me not even want to come...
