Awful experience , clerk is very rude , would never go there again and would advice all of my friends in kzoo to do the same ,went to pick up some frozen groceries today and when I could not find a certain item I went to the counter to ask the store clerk who was unable to understand me as I was pronouncing that item a little differently , when he couldn't help I left the counter leaving my stuff there to check the freezer one more time as there was no other coustomer on the counter at that time but me, when I returned after a minute there was someone else checking out so I waited for my turn and asked the clerk to check me out when he was finished with the other coustomers ,he very rudely told me that there are other people shopping too and I'm not his only coustomer I should not have left the stuff on the counter , something that he could have said in a polite way as well or better still reminded me when I was leaving my stuff there a minute earlier to take it in a cart with me, since I was in a rush I didn't see the need to argue and decided to proceed with the check out , my stuff was placed in a shopping cart full of trash as he was cleaning the store at that time. I took my groceries out and asked him what I should do about the trash and he told me that his owner has given him a free hand not to serve coustomers with an attitude so I should leave the store . why would anyone put up with all this when 5 minutes away there's another Indian Pakistani store which actually happens to be cleaner as well. Why would you put up with all this when hardings has better produce and they even Help you get the groceries to the car with a smile on their face, and whatever else you can't find at these stores you can always order online, meijer, walmart everywhere service is incomparable . If desi businesses cannot match that kind of service they do not deserve our...
