Big 5 Sporting Goods — Attraction in Porterville

Went in for a couple of packs of smokes and 30 bucks worth of fuel I walked up to the counter ordered the cigarettes order the gas told her I was on pump one paid went out to the pump it wouldn't pump tried it a couple of times went back in don't the gal that it wouldn't pump she said what pump and I said pump one she had meant heard me and went put pump five and somebody had pump that fuel and left it took him about 15 minutes to resolve it that she wasn't quite sure what to do I thought I was going to have to eat thirty bucks but the manager came out and told me to go ahead and pump my 30 bucks on pump one it's ready sorry for the mistake and it was a great ending so it did a great job taking care of me they always have I've been a loyal customer since they opened thank you...

Well i feel like they dont want to go look so they all say same thing . They told us come back thursday thats when the jacket i wanted would be their. So we did .i fig after xmas i would give them a min to get back to normally flow. but we went in and got the same line from someone we had to flag down that only came out to just do papperwork. Terrible customer service. Called at 5:30 to ask the firearm department a simple question. Was put on hold for over 30 minutes, so I ended the call. I then called again and was put on hold again for another 25 minutes and never got through to a person. I know this store, especially the firearms department, and they are never busy. Never got my question answered nor my call answered. All around terrible service.
