I showed up today to pay off my bill only to find out there system was down which is reasonable and is unfortunate. I asked them when the payment would go through and they explained it wouldn’t be until the next month. So I asked them if the interest would still be charged this month because of this and I asked about a late fee. It took three people to explain that I would be charged and interest rate if I didn’t pay before the 10th. They really made it more complicated than it had to be.They made it like an argument and personal.

This is not the first time. I usually have a hard time at this location and I leave feeling bad. This time they very rudely said “have a nice day as I was leaving” which makes no sense.

I honestly was coming to finalize my payments and think about a new purchase. After this I am just done...
