Patricia is very professional and helpful even the strangest situations! The store is clean and the online order pick up system makes getting your order quick and easy. Today I shopped at the Porterville Kohls and received the most wonderful customer service from two employees. I was looking at patio chaise lounges last week and they were on sale and decided today to see if they were still there. They were not on the floor but I asked employee Kenneth if he still had them. He said they were moved over the weekend to the back room of the store. He checked and said there were still a few. I asked if I could buy two and he not only brought them out with another employee Leo, once paid for, they took them out to my van and loaded them up for me.
