Ok look, I know, wines in a can. If you are over 30 and consider yourself a wine connoisseur, these folks are not marketing their product to you. Take your nose out of the air and taste the wine. This place is part negotiant and part wine maker. They buy some of the wines and 'can' them and make some of the others. They were aging wines in oak barrels when we were there. We tasted a flight of four wines. The Cab Franc blend was a top notch wine. The rose reminded me of fine french Provence wines. The unoaked Chardonnay was respectable. The blueberry infused wine was a bit of a gimmicky wine but again, I know the target audience here. In the end, very good wine - in a can. We bought a four pack of the Cab Franc blend. The young lady who helped us was friendly and helpful and answered my many questions as best she could. It's a great flyer to test your blind tasting skills. Would love to meet the wine maker...
