Portland Zoo — Restaurant in Portland

Expect no heavy whiff of atmospheric elegance here, the Zoo is eccentric and honest in its pursuits - that is, to provide you with a proud and varied list of local beers, pet some dogs who appear to be let down from finding out that the Zoo is in fact not an actual zoo, all the while playing some disco deep cuts in the background.

There are reasons we opted not to go here: there website has a "soccer" tab, but this doesn't function; the phone goes directly to message and indicates it's full and not setup to take calls (?); of all the online images, I see two side-by-side screens, maybe 40 inches.... We (us and about 100 guests) hit up the Zoo after our son’s wedding and boy was it a blast! We had given them a heads up that we’d be heading over thinking about 30-40 people would come but through the night almost all our guests swung by. What a fun, funky and fabulous place to keep the party going! Thank you for welcoming us and giving us great service!...
