I ordered a $500 dollar pair of boots and not only did it take over 10 days for them to get them to me but when the boots arrived they were used boots. There were no tags on the boots. No paper inside the boots. And to top it off plenty of scuff marks on the outside of a “brand new” pair of boots. Do not. And I repeat do not order from this company. When I asked for a refund they gave me some kind of run around about needing pictures and more information. They knew they were sending used boots when they put them in the mail.
Update. The Owner decided to call me a liar on Google reviews. Bad move. This post will last longer than your company by far. I went ahead sent the pictures to your email in order to prove that you did send out previously worn (thus used) boots.
Instead of just apologizing and offering a full refund you decided to argue with a person of integrity. Which you obviously don’t have. I ordered online in good faith expecting a product that came as advertised. Instead I get a combative owner that wants to call his customers Liars by saying they would never ship out used products. Well guess who’s the lier now. And if you’d like Mr owner I’ll go ahead and post the pictures here as proof and further embarrass you. I had already sent you an email stating I was willing to be done with your company but now you have reopened the issue and will be refunding my money and losing even...

Read moreI’ve been going to the store in Delta Park for the past few years. They should just close their fly fishing section because you can tell they really don’t give a s@#t about the fly fishing customers. I’ve never been asked if I needed help while being in the FF section. My latest gripe though… I brought a fly reel in the get backing on it. I walk up to the counter and I had to ask for help since they dont greet or ask me for help. There is 2 employees working and the 1 employee says that the other employee is the one to ask about putting backing on my reel because you could tell that he clearly didn’t want to do it. Then he huffs and puffs about needing to put the backing on my reel. So he puts 50 yards on and asks if that enough. I tell him no, I need a lot more, so he puts on 10 more yards and he says “that’s plenty” and I say “no, it needs a lot more” so he puts on 10 more years and says “that is plenty”. Making a total of 70 yards and I need about 120 yards. Not wanting to inconvenience him any longer I just tell him that’s fine. At this point I just want out of the store. Mind you I’m also buying a new Rod so I’m spending money. Anyways, those...
