UPDATE: Owner was true to his word. They got another tech out once I told their customer service about this message. It was the same tech, but this time he explained why he did what he did. He added a few more screws and it's been better. But can't give 5 stars because the tech can't fully fix the issue at my home and are a little limited on what they can do. Also their customer service is still not the best. I was told to expect a tech from 11-3pm, confirmed and then they told me 11-1pm. The next day without contacting me they changed the time to 10am-12pm. This is something that should be discussed before the change is made if I've already confirmed the time. At least this time they were a little more accommodating. The first time they wouldn't let me choose a time frame that worked and just said to reschedule if it didn't work. Very cold customer service but glad the owner cares about their customers.

When I brought home my brand new couch, there was creaking on the left side on day one. Over several months the creaking got worse, leading me to contact their customer service.
I had purchased a warranty thinking everything would be covered, but apparently it's after the 1st year and only for accidental damage. I was told it would be $60+ for a repair tech to come out to take a look. Because I picked up the couch from the warehouse, they refused to cover the visit. After some back and forth the rep obliged and gave me a one time visit for free. I thought this was wonderful of them, until the repair tech found some pieces of wood rubbing together in the arm of the couch and placed A SCREW in between the wood! The screw and creaking only stopped for a few days and when I contacted customer service again they said it'd be the $60+ fee. I asked if the tech only placed a screw in the arm of the couch because the visit was free, and the customer service rep said that that's the same repair that would've been made had I paid, which is laughable because it wasn't even a repair.
So now I'm stuck with a brand new couch that has creaked since day one and is probably causing more and more damage each time I move. If I worked for this company, I'd be ashamed at the level of customer service and repairs...

I paid $11k for an adjustable bed for my parents and after the second night my mom was in pain and sore from the bed. I called to return it and they said no can do! I spoke with the GM Francisco and he told me he had no time for me and hung up on me. I called again and waited half hour on the phone and my sales guy Damian answered and I told him I need to return this and get my money back. Only been a couple days. He starts laughing and hands the phone to the GM and he then starts laughing and says no return. Mind you they take our money and then they don't care. Damion the sales guy is a liar and a snake, do not deal with this place. He lies to make a sale... typical sales guy lie to make money. Remember one thing KARMA and it will one day happen to you and get you as you have been getting so many people.
Francisco the so called GM, he has no customer service what's so ever! I have never heard a GM say I don't have time for you and for him to say that im wasting his time then hang up. I paid you $11k for this bed and you don't care. I will be reporting this to the BBB.
Worst place to buy furniture from is this place. Please do not waist your time and money! They lie and the product sucks just like their customer service. I wish I would have seen all the bad reviews about them before giving them my money. I will never go back to this place!
When I was there I told Damion we normally work with Sam the sales guy who happen to walk next to me while Damion was helping me. Damion told me not to say anything to Sam or anyone because they work off commission. They even snake each other....

My grandmother and I were greeted by Damian. Extremely friendly, very professional, and answered every question we had. After coming to Mor after a terrible experience with a salesperson that followed right behind us through the entire store, Damian gave us breathing room, and checked in on us every once in a while to answer question, give us info about promotional offers, no interest plans, and to build a very good rapport with both my grandmother and I, even though she wasnāt shopping for anything at this time. We shook hands when we left, after getting his contact information, and said goodbye while still remembering our names.
Now, I did not purchase anything today, and I had zero plans to purchase anything today from the get go. I wanted to get an idea of a few products I liked, go home and measure and think on it. With that said, I was so impressed with Damian that I wanted to leave a review.
Iāve ran teams of salespeople in my career, and if I were still in sales I wouldāve tried to hire him on the spot today.
