Goldberg & Loren — Attraction in Portland

I was assigned Jonathan Goldberg as my attorney and he and his team really let me down. We worked on my case after I was hit as a pedestrian by an SUV in a crosswalk while I was walking my 13-week-old puppy. I was severely injured both mentally and physically, and my puppy broke his leg. The law office set up my treatment at a rinky-dink chiropractor office, with the most unprofessional, high turn-over, staff I had ever experienced. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the chiropractor to my legal team and they did not listen or care enough to move my treatment to another chiropractor office. When I did finally complete treatment and the legal team was preparing for the settlement, they got my hopes high for a sizable settlement, then advised me to accept the settlement offer that was about 90% less than what I was expecting. They downplayed my injuries and told me that the settlement was a good offer. Then when it was time for them to mail my check, they did not do so in a timely manner. In fact, I told told that my check has been mailed and when I called to check in a week later because I had not received it yet, they could not tell me when it had been mail and told me they would call me back to let me know. They did not call me back, so I called back and was told that my check had been mailed on that day, the day I had called to inquire about my check. I still have not received my check. I would not recommend Goldberg and Loren, and hope that I will not need another personal injury lawyer in the future, but if I do, I will not return to work with...

I've been a client for about a year now the case I have is minor though it has been very very difficult to try and get in contact with anybody. The first legal aid left me hanging for about 6 months then anothet lady started to help me then has been unable to reach in a month now. I've never been able to directly call somebody it's always someone's voicemail I'm always being put back to another extension I've went to the office and and was unable to locate the office at the location listed on their site. I've had 2 different people call me about my case that have no idea what's going on about it they told me that my case was settled when it is not I'm very frustrated I can't get someone to answer me once again. Now I feel like this is the only way that someone is going to see or hear my frustration I've called them and emailed and text a million times with one response yesterday by someone thst promised to get back to me by the end of the day and didn't and still no one has contacted me yet at the end of the day today very disappointing just want to be over this and want my car to be drivable again. So tired of the phone tag and no responses and still dont see end to my case. Wished myself i could have left a more positive review but at this point...
