Union Pacific - Brooklyn (Portland) — Attraction in Portland

My experience UP is extremely very low, because of the person inside the office, this guy got nothing, no customer service, and he got a bud mouse too. I don't have any idea why he thi guy is there, he never UP from that stupid chair, that is why he is so heavy. No only to me he hate everyone who came through that window. Try to avoid this place if you can! High turn around time, all the staff in the office are extremely unprofessional and rude except for one person, the yard hostler are extremely rude and unsafe, they’ll drive fast and cut you off then blame you! The help center is just the kiosks at the front 😂! Overall 10/10 would NOT recommend!

My husband works for a company that has to go in there. And if you interrupt their lunch they have to take a 2nd one. Shift change is at 3. So don't ask roadability to fix anything at 2pm. They will let drivers rot in their trucks before they help them. And people wonder why groceries or packages are not being delivered? Or prices are high. And if you pull a broken chasis out they back charge the company because they wouldn't fix it. ...
