I would not trust this place. I HATE leaving bad reviews. If you go through reviews I leave I almost always leave a glowing reviews. Iāve had bad service in the past and I chalk it up to no oneās perfect, things happen, and lord knows Iāve made mistakes.
Last week I brought my car in because my AC wasnāt working. I told them I thought it was the compressor. They said they need to do a diagnostic plus fill it with refrigerant which would cost an additional $400. They need to fill the refrigerant before testing the compressor, and it would be a one time fee if they need to refill the refrigerant if the compressor is indeed bad.
Sure enough the compressor was bad. Almost $2k later I was told Iād have a great working ac. One day later itās not blowing cold air and when I parked I smelled burned rubber.
I brought it in again and they said my expansion valves are bad. It would cost an additional $800 to fix.
I called them back and asked why werenāt the expansion valves checked when they did the diagnostic. Tristen said itās because they needed the ac fully charged with refrigerant. I said thatās what you said about the compressor, thatās why I paid an additional $400 at the get go. I told him I feel like Iām being taking advantage of, he said heās sorry I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was a little hesitant after reading some not so good reviews, but you can't please everyone, and it's easy to get pissed at the person fixing it instead of at the problem.
So I went here anyways and I was very pleased with my service. I went for an oil change but I figured there were other things that neeeded to be done as well. The guys were super helpful and courteous. They took the time to explain to me what it was that they were doing. My understanding of cars is very limited and they showed a lot of patience with me and broke down how everything worked and why they needed to do that, and what my options were.
I never felt pressured to do anything extra, but I appreciated being informed of future work that will need to be done, or things that could be replaced.
When I left my car felt happier, if that makes sense. It hasn't driven that nice since I got it and I'm super stoked. They even noticed I had a headlight out, and that my tires were low. So he filled my tires up and noticed I had a nail in it, which saved me ending up with a flat somewhere and having to use AAA.
I'll be taking my car back for future maintenance as well.
Thanks Micheal, and all the other guys who got my baby back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSloppy, dishonest service. I was told my coolant was completely empty and that I needed a coolant flush. I said that I wasnāt prepared to pay for a flush today. They asked if I wanted the coolant topped off for $5 a quart since it was āemptyā, to which I agreed I needed. I watched the guy take an already open container of coolant and dribble a little bit in the coolant tank and the reservoir. I asked him if that was the coolant and he confirmed it was. I said that it wasnāt very much coolant for an empty tank and he told me that it doesnāt take that much. They finished the oil change quickly and I went next door to buy an air filter. When I went to put the air filter in, I saw coolant dripping down the front of my car and all over the electrical components under the hood. I found some napkins in my car to clean up the mess. Then I googled how many quarts of coolant my car holds and itās over 6 quarts! I didnāt need a top off at all. They were just trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of me. I...
