Great park! My mother sang at the Christmas tree lighting, it was so beautiful! Also, a group from our church choir sang Christmas carols on the Powder Springs First Baptist Church steps. We then walked behind the parade and sang on the amphitheater stage before the tree lighting. A children's choir sang as well. Santa was there, the Grinch and Mickey Mouse! This jewel of a park has an outdoor amphitheater, seating, space to set up folding chairs, and a hill to run up and down and a climbing gym for the littles. Bring your own ping pong paddles and enjoy the outdoor ping pong table. The restrooms are clean. Several restaurants and an ice cream and coffee shop are on the south edge of the park.
