Powder Springs Bistro — Restaurant in Powder Springs

Simply outstanding!! We had a hard time finding it because at this point in time (8/8/25) Google showed them in the empty lot next door to Bookworm when they are actually located across the street between Nibbles and Hand-Me-Ups. Also, they don't have their sign up yet as they are waiting on the city of Powder Springs to issue their permit. You can park across the street on Broad Str next to Rooted Trading or there's a lot behind the restaurant, and if you follow the walkway between Hand-Me-Ups and Powder Springs Bistro, there's a side entrance into the restaurant.

I'm so glad that we persisted and finally found it because the effort was well worth it. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and everyone we met was very pleasant and helpful.

I had the breakfast burrito with a side of potatoes and hubby had the veggie omelette with the side of bacon. Excellent! Everything was so fresh and cooked to perfection.🤌 I had intended to take pictures of the meals but didn't think about it until we were done!

It was DELICIOUS!! Oscar, the Chef and Owner, was an absolute delight to chat with. I'm super ecstatic that he uses olive oil 💓 in his cooking and NOT soybean oil to which I have reactions.

Stopped in for lunch today at Powder Springs Bistro and I was impressed. I had the burger, it was well seasoned and dressed with grilled onions and a nice aïoli. Even better, they asked how I wanted it cooked. The following comments I want you to take with a grain of salt as this is a new restaurant finding its voice. The service was solid, attentive and friendly. I asked for a drink and it never came. The fries were lack lust, maybe freezer burnt? Ok, that’s it. The burger was delicious and the atmosphere inviting and the staff were attentive. The menus is tight but I’d rather that so they can focus on doing what they do exceedingly well (as they did.) My minor criticisms aside, I will be back. BTW, even though I went for lunch their breakfast/brunch options...

My daughter and I recently tried the new Bistro in Powder Springs, and it was such a great experience! The building is beautiful and welcoming, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was clearly prepared by a chef who knows what they’re doing. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and a fruit plate, and everything was fresh and flavorful. I also got a latte, which was delicious and perfectly made. We went for brunch/lunch, and it was the perfect spot — relaxing atmosphere, great menu options, and very reasonable prices.
