UNSAFE COMMUNITY!!!! The unhoused has been sleeping under the parking deck for months! Informed management and of course they are going to take care of it. Fast forward to now 8/5/25 THERE WAS AN UNHOUSED MAN SLEEPING INSIDE OF OUR BUILDING UNDER THE STAIRWELL!!! The door to our building requires a key fob to enter but has also been broken for months. We have informed management about this SEVERAL times. This has been an ongoing issue and they keep sending maintenance to “fix” the door but apparently they’re doing patch work to the door because I physically saw someone enter the building without a key fob minutes after they allegedly fixed the door. The Office manager has an excuse for everything. It’s always I spoke to this person or that person and waiting to hear back. No real action. If you have young children and/or a single woman I would advise you not to lease here! Aside from it being an unsafe community it is very LOUD. Train shakes the entire building. If you’ve ever passed the community you’ll notice that it is also not a gated community . Meaning when the new city hall building opens in a few weeks the property will be exposed to god knows who so our children getting on and off the bus are really not safe! All it takes is one person to see how easy it is to have access to a building before something really bad happens. Our safety is our biggest concern and right now it feels as if it has fallen...
Read moreMy washer/dryer combo has been broken since day 1 (Black Friday 2024). Management gave me a key to an empty unit to wash my clothes. A week went by. I spoke to on site management. She said the maintenance guy was scheduled to look at it this coming Tuesday. Tuesday went by and no change on the washer. The maintenance guy came the next week and unlocked the unit, but did not test it. Still no change. The unit locked up. Dec.30th, I went by and told the property manager that the status has not changed. She asked for permission to enter the apartment the 1-4th of January while I was out of town. I got an email that they swapped the unit with another unit inside the complex. I got back into town and the next day I tried a load of laundry. Still the replacement unit would not dry the clothes. The display on the washer/dryer displayed LOC on the display. The unit will not do anything. I'm tired of this! I want a working unit inside of my apartment now and I want $25 a week for 6 weeks to compensate me for the headache. The longer it goes on the more compensation I should get. None of this has been my fault! I just want it fixed. I have been very patient, but...
Read moreMy husband, our little one, and I have truly loved our experience here at Springside so far! From the very beginning, we had the pleasure of working closely with Jordan, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We first connected months ago when the property was still being built, and Jordan was incredibly patient and helpful as we explored our options. We visited the property several times, walking the grounds to find the perfect unit, and Jordan’s calm demeanor and guidance made all the difference.
Downsizing from a large home to a townhome was a big decision for us, but Jordan and her team made the transition feel effortless. They were attentive to our needs, answered all our questions, and were always available to help whenever we needed it. We’re so happy with our decision and feel truly at ease in our new space. The move was seamless, and we're excited to call Springside our new home.
Thank you to Jordan and the whole team for their exceptional support and for making this a positive, exciting experience...
