Little Caesars — Restaurant in Powder Springs

If I could give this store a 0 I would!!! Do not order from this location, the representative that I spoke with was rude and disrespectful! Last week I ordered 4 boxes of crazy puffs from the Hiram location, puffs were cheesy, hot and melted in my mouth. Ordered from this (Marietta/Powder Springs) store and as soon as I opened the box the puffs lerked a burnt smelled, puffs WERE NOT cheesy actually the pepperoni were so burnt they were stuck to the top layer, flake of the puff! The representative stated she was the supervisor on duty after I ask for a supervisor. Where do they get these trashy people from? Telling me about the oven temperature and state guidelines, no wonder that have a 3.6 rating! You can feel her attitude and negative energy through the phone. The Doordash driver was respectful, however Marietta/Powder Springs isn't the closest Little Ceasars not sure why/how when I ordered it defaulted to this store. I hate ordering fast-food unless it's in great neighborhood and communities, this part of Powder Springs must be trashy just like the representative that I spoke with who claims to be the supervisor. This place sucks, don't waste your time, the customer service and food are trash, I can imagine their Health Food Inspection score. Then had a nerve to tell me to drive to her store for her to make the puffs over, bye. I'll be emailing corporate...

I've told myself countless times, "It'll be better the next time." I once again, sit waiting for an obnoxious amount of time in the drive thru to be told I will have to wait for my pizza to be cooked. So I asked what they had ready so I didn't have to wait. I ordered from the stuff they had available and AFTER I paid for my food they told me to pull around up front and wait for them to bring it out after it's been cooked. So I pull around front, and wait.. 45 minutes later, they bring me my pizza and it's already gone cold. They forgot my breadsticks and walked back inside to grab them 15 minutes later... I get them... It wasn't until I got home that I realized they had forgotten my dipping sauce too.. Which to be frank, the dipping sauce is the only redeeming quality of their food. This isn't the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th time they haven't given me any sauce. It literally happens EVERYTIME I go and forget to request it.. Where else in this F-ing country do you have to ask for sauce AFTER ordering breadsticks? Like literally, EVERYWHERE offers sauces and the only request people normally give in relation to it is for a different flavor... It must be management in this specific location, because the one in Hiram doesn't suffer from the same...

Driver left my food on the porch in the rain although I picked the hand it to me option. and tipped. They also never rang the bell or knocked. I called the store to ask for a manager and a young lady never asked me to hold or anything the. A young man answered. He spoke with slang and seemed young like a eight year old. I told him what happened and his response was literally “ We cand yes cand do nuttin… I responded may I please speak to a manager. A third person came on the line and said she was the store manager. I told her I called about one problem but now I have three. Someone didn’t ask me to hold and the second person was very unprofessional and spoke to me as if he had never attended school and I doubt he was a manager. She said that was her brother he is a manager and told me I was old and need to get education… not an education I responded no you both are definitely related and it shows because you lack education. She said doordash was to blame.

Now how hard would it have been to tell me we apologize for the inconvenience. We are unable to issue a refund or remake your pizza but if you call this number xyz may be...
