We went for a 610 showing of paw patrol with the kids. So i ended up paying 60.00 for 2 adults and a kid tickets and snacks. I didnt end up getting out of the concession line until 630 and i.literally was the only one there for at least 10 of those minutes. The first hot dog that was served was one of the worst hotsogs i have ever set eyes on and couldn't even imagine how it tasted. So the new kid who made it asked his superior( not manager) if they could remake us one. He told him no so they tried to give me back this horrible hot dog. So we had to wait for the manager for a refund. When the manager came i showed her the hot dog she made a face that told me i was totally right and said they could remake it but then the manager just fled the scene keaving the new kid to make the hot dog again. She should have personally made the hot dog or got someone else that has been there a little longer to make it. The next hot dog was better looking but still didnt look right or anything like the pictures and it tasted gross and you are charging 8.00 for these hot dogs. I also paid 3.50 for a side of cheese sauce for my 8.00 pretzel and again i paid 60.00 total, that is insanity. In the end i told the new employee keep your head up its not your fault youre not being trained or managed properly. I was late to the movie, food was not very good even for movie theatre food but at least my kiddp liked the movie. Also your rewards program is the worst ive ever been apart of. In two years i havent recieved a single dollar. Might just have to go down to prescott picture show for now on. In my mind the manager should of made my hotdog and refunded the money for me being 20 min late to the show. Thats just me and i work in the service industry. I was with a 3 year old and 1 year old and we never get to go out. You need to understand that as a manager in the service industry and not worry about just taking money out of the hands of your customers or loyalty members. Again thats a horrible...
Read moreDon't bother!!! I will not be back!!! My family and I arrived at the Harkins Prescott Valley 14 over an hour early for Avengers Infinity Wars. We are the first people in line for theater 1. While waiting in front of theater 1 (45 minutes before they start letting people in the theater) we were told to go wait behind the rope in front of theater 7. I informed the theater personal that our tickets are for theater 1. They said everyone for theaters 1 & 7 have to wait behind the rope. So we move across the theater to wait behind the rope. 43 minutes later a large group of people show up and are standing in front of theater 1. I mentioned to the employees that we had been waiting almost an hour, got there early just to have first pick of the seating. The employee told me the group would be told to move to the line. Not 30 seconds later they let in the very large group before everyone who had been waiting almost an hour to get the best seats possible. If they have no respect for their own system then why should I have any respect for their business. I will not be back! Any theater other then Harkins will get my business from now on. Even if it means driving 75 miles just get to another theater to see a movie, any other theater as long as it's...

Thus is an easy and short review. I'm not sure if it's because it's just Prescott, if it's Harkins or if it's because society knew that Beetlejuice 2 would be a collosal failure but I feel like I was severely undercharged.
The tickets seemed to be less than half the price of AMC in Phoenix. Nachos, popcorn and two drinks seemed like they cost less than the free water cups at AMC theaters in Phoenix. Did your registers forget to add a zero? Don't get me wrong, we paid and it was all correct. It's just opened my eyes that either (both maybe?) Phoenix or AMC Theaters is a giant rip off and is robbing people left amd right.
The entire night for two to watch (try not to fall asleep) a movie there cost less than just opening the door at an AMC. I think I need to do more research and start protesting AMC. Better chance at putting them out of business than the entire city if Phoenix.
It was nice to leave a movie disappointed and not bankrupt.
Then again, is it just because you don't have the recliner seats yet? Look out now. That'll turn some of us fat, lazy...
