I came in today 2/24/25. The older lady with long dark/gray curly hair, is plain rude and finds it her business to parent and yell at my 2 year old because I was allowing her to push a cart and pick out honey sticks. It’s the same sentiment with many people her age that children don’t belong in public. As a Native and Herbalist I’ve shopped at the Honeyman most of my life, I’m sad to say I won’t be returning. If you believe in bringing your children to shared experiences and to allow them to be integrated into society, it takes a lot of effort and commitment dealing with misbehavior but she simply was not misbehaving in this moment BECAUSE I bring her literally everywhere I go. They have a huge selection at wonderful prices with a massive variety of - of coarse honey, whipped honey, soaps, supplements, spices, pickeled everything! Jared fruits, veggies, jellies, almound, sunflower peanutbutters etc, all kinds of bagged and lose teas, honey sticks of all flavors, refrigerated and Frozen Foods as well some produce. Also if you love HEAT.. They have every pepper you can think of. My favorite is the jared olives stuffed with haboneros!!! They also have selections of beauty products that are natural and this is just a short list of the items they carry. Read moreI like to buy my honey at the Honeyman because they have local Prescott honey and many other choices. However, in my experience, every product I have purchased there that comes in a plastic bag smells and tastes like the spices that they sell. The entire store has a strong smell of spices and that smell gets into all of the other products. Even the last jar of honey I bought has a spicy taste. This is a big problem that they need to deal with. Things they should consider: Get rid of the spices, get an air ventilation system, and/or keep bagged products in hard plastic bins with covers.
