Terrible customer service. I ordered the new sesame shrimp and beef — nowhere did it say it was spicy-NO LABEL! After two bites I couldn’t eat it. I gave it back to the cashier she told me I’d have to pay again to replace it. Only after arguing did they agree, and then it took 18 minutes to get my food after being told “a couple minutes.” And somehow this was my fault. To make it worse, the cashier said they had no pennies and basically forced me to “donate” all my change to the children’s hospital. That should be optional, not the customer’s problem because the store can’t provide change. And all of the inside tables where dirty. The manager, Nick, was rude, dismissive, and told the cashier to say he was too busy to talk to me. He eventually came over after waiting for him to appear at the counter. He was completely unprofessional and needs a lot more training in my opinion. Between the attitude, the lack of customer service, lack of basic sanitation and the way they handle cash, I won’t be back. I reached out to the chat bot customer service, there is no longer an 800 number and have not heard back from them. If you guys want to be cashless then do so and if you don't want to wipe tables, then do not have a dine in option. Do not expect us to clean them for you.

So here we go again with this location! Out of several items (the norm for this store) and decent service too. Anthony took our order and seemed less than gracious about not having any of the items we usually order. No apology or sympathy. Just stared at us as we contemplated or next favorite selection. No customer service skills to speak of. And to top it off, when he was done chopping up my teriyaki chicken, 1 piece mind you, he must have thought it was to large to include two small pieces left as he threw those back into the main bowl instead of mine. The picture shows you a bowl that isn't full as is the norm but about 3 quarters. Like our experience...underwhelming! This never happens at the Prescott Valley location. Won't be coming back here again. Will be calling the manager to express my displeasure! Avoid this store!

I am leaving this review specifically for one employee. I was driving through the parking lot and I have a fairly big truck. An employee was walking through the parking lot, and I politely waved him on so that he can walk in front of my truck. He threw his hands up and started yelling at me, right in front of other customers. As he walked away, he stared me down and gestured add me as if you wanted to fight. Pretty ridiculous response considering the fact I was trying to be nice and let him go in front of me. I don’t think this guy understands that just cause he’s on break. Doesn’t mean he can act like that to customers. I’ve included a picture of him, Since no one seemed to know his name.

UPDATE: I contacted the home office & they said they would contact the manager of the location directly to address the issue. They also gave me an e-coupon for an upgraded “bigger meal” to apologize & replace the meal that I just couldn’t eat. I went inside to order when I redeemed the coupon. This time, the food was fresh and packed properly. I would say that Panda has regained my trust ~ but only if I go inside to order.I’ve changed my rating from 2🌟🌟 to 4🌟🌟🌟🌟 ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I usually don’t have a problem with this Panda location, but tonight was much different 🤬

I only eat at Panda once a quarter. I look forward to this special treat.

I usually go inside to order, but I have used the app to order ahead when I’m with my Mom (who won’t eat their food), so that she doesn’t have to wait. I haven’t had any problems with ordering through the app in the past.

I’ve never used Panda’s delivery before (I guess DoorDash is this location’s contracted service). Today I decided to treat myself and order in dinner. I used the app for my order, but for some reason my profile wasn’t even in system anymore. The reason I am only giving 2 stars is because the people who prepared my food seemed to have messed it up on purpose! I put in an order for a 2-item combo meal with VERY simple instructions: chow mien, and double (2 times the same) orange chicken. That’s what I get Every. Single. Time. I then added a small order of KungPao chicken just to see how much it had changed over the years. I loved spicy food as a kid, but lean more towards the milder stuff now. I was EXPECTING a small order ON THE SIDE of the KungPao chicken, but instead I received in my 2-item combo not 2x orange chicken, but 1 1/2 KungPao and 1/2 orange chicken. The tiny little side-item box had the other .5 of ONE of my orange chickens. What made it worse was that the extra .5 of the KungPao was hiding under the tiny mound of orange chicken, so I didn’t realize it was THAT WRONG until almost all the orange chicken was gone (I ate the tiny container first just in case I decided to keep part of my main meal for leftovers ~ big mistake on my part 😒), so I had this horrible taste of what they now call KungPao chicken stuck in my mouth. The spicy chili sauce/oil/whatever they cook it in seeped into my chow mien & the tiny bit of orange chicken I got in the main meal. I was simply disgusted. I covered one of the squares in the meal box with a napkin, moved my tiny bit of orange chicken over to the napkin to try to salvage as much as I could with as little KungPao sauce on it as possible. It just wasn’t enough & it took 3 Tums to get rid of most of (but not all) of the disgusting taste.

I would not be even close to this angry if they had just prepared my order the way I ordered it!! I specifically chose to get the KungPao on the side rather than doing a 3-item combo because I was unsure of how it was going to taste. If I didn’t like the taste, I would just be out $5 for the side, but no real damage would have been done. Sadly, the either incompetent and/or overworked staff couldn’t fill a simple order. I wasn’t just out $5, I was out $25 because the whole meal sucked~ simply because they did not pack it correctly.

The only reason I gave 2 instead of just one star is because the food has been really great (to me, at least) over the last 10 to 12 years I’ve been eating at this Panda. There were the off visits, but I never expect anyone to be at 100% every single time. Tonight was just exceptionally bad.

After reading earlier reviews, I wonder if the management is still to blame for this level of gross incompetence or if it’s just this latest wave of the workforce. For $15+/hour, you’d think people would take their jobs a little more seriously. If you’re an employee (at any level), please remember that this is food that real people are really eating.

I do want to point out that my DoorDash driver was extremely prompt (early, even 😊👍🌟) and friendly, so I’m very pleased with DoorDash in...

My wife and I drop by here occasionally and it's a shame the quality in both service and food continues to drop significantly - the last three visits the orders were wrong despite double-checking the orders were correct on the screen, and the most recent visit they had us park only to find out they completely forgot about us.

I had to go inside after nearly 45 minutes and wait in line and ask if there was an issue, the employee asked to see my receipt and after I handed it to her it must have passed between 6 different hands - I waited and watched as my receipt sat on the back counter for another 5 minutes before what I assume was the manager asked what the receipt was doing there - she fills the order herself, puts the food on the counter and it's not moving so I get back in line and inquire about my order that I can see is just sitting there. The girl asks if I need help and I can't help but laugh, I ask if I can just get my food as I can see it right there and told her I already gave her my receipt almost 15 minutes ago and she disappears for another minute or two and someone else grabs the food and walks right past me. I say excuse me I think that's for me (I know for a fact it is) and she looks at the receipt and asks me what I ordered, so I recite my order and she says no this one is different - so I tell her I just gave that receipt to another employee and point to her. More confusion, turns out they somehow got the order wrong again, on top of just forgetting our food, so the receipt says something different than what we had initially asked for.

No apology, no effort to make it right, just looked at us as if we caused the issue by just asking about the state of our food. Took nearly an hour to get, and the food tasted like it had been sitting for hours. I don't tend to be critical of fast food or fast food employees, we get it, it's not fine dining - but really? We will...

Came in for some dinner to find there was a line because of a very large order, and an online order, ahead of me and the 4 other people waiting to place our order. While standing there watching the team function as a unit, and just flat out killing it, it was very easy to see that they were short staffed. Though, they were working as if this was just another day doing they’re jobs effectively. They communicated very politely that they were sorry for the wait and they would be right with us. They completed the large order ahead of me and promptly took my order and got it done before I could even answer what kind of sauce I wanted for my chicken. While sitting in the dining room eating my food (which was excellent, they even gave me the fresh orange chicken that they just put on the line) the guy who had the online order had become very disgruntled with the amount of time he had to wait for his order to be completed. He was extremely rude and berated the two people helping him as fast as they could. I honestly applaud Brett and Denise for the way they handled the situation because I would have let the guy know just how big of an a** he was being. And not felt bad about it. Because he was terrible. I hope that every time I come back to this Panda, these two are working. To add more, I sat around for about 45 minutes to get their names and watched them help customer after customer without breaking stride. Some of which were also rude about not getting they’re food RIGHT NOW. During my wait, they also put together a very large catering order while helping the countless customers that continue to pour in through...
