New Years Eve AND my wedding night— we got married on NYE in downtown Prescott. We actually had our photographers walk with us from our reception to the hotel since there were a ton of great “photo moments”. The front desk already had our bags and everything by the time we arrived. I had asked that they leave a bottle of red wine in the room, but they left champagne which we didn’t feel was a huge deal since they have a full bar so reasonably we called down to ask. We were told that since the bar had closed at 9pm, that they were unable to bring anything up to us. My husband went down and talked to them but still the answer was no. The next day, when we checked out, the front desk manager said that there is an entire alcohol cabinet reserved for guests and that she would talk to the staff about this. We paid over $400 for the room due to the holiday and since we paid for a King Suite. Thankfully, my brother had beer delivered to our hotel so it all ended up working out 🤣….no thanks to the Hilton! Maybe to some this is a small thing, but since it was my wedding night, there was so much they could have done to help a girl out. I grew up in this town and primarily go out of my way to support small businesses and historic hotels but we chose the Hilton since we only needed one night (Hassayampa is a 2 night minimum) and since I have always had nice experiences at the Hilton in Prescott at their splash pad, with coworkers at the bar, and family for dinner, I thought it was a great choice. It’s very clean and a little more “upscale” than other places around. Additionally made sense since our photographers took pictures of us on the bridge behind the Hilton— it just made sense to chose this hotel for a variety of reasons!! It’s just a little crazy to me that they didn’t try to do anything the next day when the manager found out about the bottle of wine. It bummed me out for the money we paid… don’t get me wrong though, my wedding day was the best day of my life and I wouldn’t change a thing. Personally, if I had known ahead, I would have made arrangements to stay somewhere else or bring my own bottle of wine! Lol since it was NYE where the heck would we have gone to buy anything?? The Hilton sent me a link to provide a review but,I’m the fine print, it said it would expire in 3 days… well I was on my honeymoon and didn’t get the opportunity to complete the survey so I guess leaving a google review is the only, very public, choice I have. Still giving three stars since I don’t have the heart to go lower and since technically, everything was nice and clean. We had a lovely view of the fireworks downtown at midnight as well! I guess my advice— if you enjoy a glass of wine after a HUGE day to settle your nerves, and you stay at the Hilton, bring...

We were surprised by how premium this hotel felt, given the fact that Garden Inns are a midscale brand. Location is great, right next to to Downtown and a cool bridge that backs onto the property connects to a nice creekside walk as well.||We appreciated that even in November the outdoor pool was heated and there was a hot tub as well. There is also a restaurant with great food. They do Happy Hour from 3:30 to 6 weekdays and all day Sundays and had great deals on drinks and appies. We also are breakfast at the restaurant for 3 mornings in a row and the food was consistently delicious.||I'd originally booked a balcony corner room. The room was absolutely huge and had lots of windows with some nice views of the surrounding mountains. We Loved that there were two sets of blinds (sheet and blackout) and they were electronically controlled. The balcony was spacious although the street noise was quite loud when outside (it didn't bother us when inside though). The room also had a fridge and a Keurig coffee machine and the in room coffee was very good. Only issue is that the bathroom was set up for wheelchair accessibility which we didn't realize (not a fan of those showers as water ends up everywhere) so they very kindly switched us to a suite.||Honestly the suite wasn't as nice! Although large with two rooms, the living room had no windows at all and wasn't a very inviting space. It didn't have the cool mechanized blinds and the bathroom was much smaller. It was still nice but hard to compete with the corner room. Also, the shower pressure was intense, like a fire hose! Never thought I'd complain that a shower pressure was too high but it was bordering on painful!||The only other thing I'd say is that room cleaning only happens every other day, not a huge deal but it means you'd want to ask for extra coffee pods if that's important to you as they only give you two at a time.||Overall we were very impressed with our stay and...

What a great place to stay! I was in town for business and got this listing through Hotels.com. I read where Hilton Garden Inn is located (a mere two blocks from downtown) and decided to book all four days of my time in Prescott - a decision I’m so happy I made. Upon entering the building I was greeted immediately by associates welcoming me and was quickly checked in. The lobby is expansive, clean and decorated beautifully. There is an on site restaurant and bar w an extensive menu and delicious offerings of which I did order from to take back up to my room a bit later on my first evening. I was tempted to dine in the eatery as it was quite inviting w such a lovely setting though it was packed w people and still being careful during a COVID pandemic, socially distancing was/is still a priority for me so I passed. My room was large, clean and well appointed w many outlets, lamps that offer different types of lighting and two chairs and a small bench for seating. On two of the nights of my stay it snowed and it was a delight to sit in the occasional winged back chair and watch the parking lot become a winter wonderland from the warmth of my room. The hotel has a laundry facility, work out equipment, an outdoor pool and offers snacks and drinks for sale in case you need a little something and don’t want to leave the property. I’ll be back in Prescott for business again in a few months and plan to stay at Hilton Garden Inn, my new home away from home!

🌟 Super Hotel - Hilton Garden Inn Prescott Downtown 🌟 🏨 This hotel is spotless and well-maintained. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. 😊 The staff is amiable and accommodating. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was pleasant and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. 🎉 My wife and I celebrated her birthday on June 16th, 2023. It was a special occasion, and the hotel made it even more memorable. I have now decided to update my review and add a new photo to share our wonderful experience. 💖 The positive energy of this place is palpable. The ambiance is inviting, and every hotel corner exudes warmth and comfort. We loved our stay and look forward to our next visit. 💦 The amenities are top-notch, especially the jacuzzi and swimming pool. We spent a lot of time relaxing and swimming, which was a highlight of our stay. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and very enjoyable. 🙏 A big thank you to the staff and the owner for maintaining such a wonderful atmosphere. Their hard work and dedication are evident in every aspect of the hotel. We appreciate all the effort that goes into making this a fantastic place to stay. 🌟 People, you will not regret visiting this hotel. Very comfortable establishment. Setup with the business traveler in mind. Huge room, desktop behind king-size bed the length of the headboard; 3-4 people could comfortably work there at a time. One problem though, only one chair; another would have been nice. Good sized sofa next to the bed. Foot of king-sized bed looks out large window over a forested area. Bench along foot of the bed useful for sitting or holding stuff you would like to keep close by. Room includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a walk-in closet. Very nice shower, good water pressure, everything was very clean and organized. Large nice lobby, plenty of space to sit and talk or read. Staff behind the desk were very nice, clean appearance, and very helpful. Snacks are available next to the front desk. A restaurant and bar is located at the back of the lobby with outdoor seating and fireplace if you wish. The restaurant was very convenient and staff was very nice and helpful. All in all, it is hard to find any fault at all with this establishment and we enjoyed our stay there very much. I would like to return again if I have the chance. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn and your entire staff for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable!
