Wow is all I can say. I placed an order for delivery. I ordered the lasagna DINNER. I wasn't asked what type of dressing I would like for my salad. So I inquired "does this come with a salad?" I was told no, them I asked if it came with bread? Yes I was told. Ok then I placed the order. When the delivery girl arrived, who was very nice. I signed my receipt and gave her ten dollars. I noticed that the bag with my Dinner was light and small, I them ask the driver about my bread. She says it doesn't come with any bread. So then I give her back the food the just plain lasagna and I tell her I want my this taken off my card I don't want it I'm not going to pay $30 for a little thing of lasagna and no bread this place is very misleading when they say it's a dinner a what I got is a la carte. I then call up streets of New York talked the manager whose name is Jeff he's very rude and needs to learn some customer service. I told him what happened and I told him I'd needed charge taken off my card don't run it through so I can order something from somewhere else he proceeds to start yelling at me that I'm not going to get anything for free I said I don't want anything for free your driver has my food it didn't come with bread he goes no it doesn't come with bread it's a la carte and I said well the man told me on the phone when I ordered it he said it came with bread I asked about it. And he started yelling at over talking to me I could not get my words out so I raise my voice and I told him not to over talk to me he started cussing at me telling me you know oh I just don't want to get it anymore, dude is Jeff he was rude sitting are witnesses that heard this and God forbid if this Jeff...
Read moreI got the ceaser salad, which is on par with any salad these days at a restaurant pricing, though S.O.N.Y. are on the quality rather than quantity for the dinner salad. It was good, but too good, I realized I couldn't wait to exclaim the quality of the salad, but there is no cell service in this spot. I felt uncomfortable about that, especially when it was so good. Oil based ceaser dressing, not creamy, so it is more of an Italian flair soooooo. Their wings used to be center piece of their menu offerings, even at the ballpark, and the price remains high but the offering of chicken wings is not like it used to be. Romain of ceaser was fresh, but it had some wilting spots, so I'm guessing they didn't make it until I ordered it and, don't make a lot of salads. Sunday early dinner at an Italian restaurant, who doesn't really sell pizza anymore, and don't put their wings at the centerpiece of their menu offerings. NO CELL SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION INDOORS. It will look like you have service, but you can't use it, 4g let, 5g, 5g+, so... eat outside, they have a patio if you need cell service, but actually make sure you have service where you are sitting, because you can't tell until you are making the call. So, you will not be available for phone calls let alone making them. So, for me, this could be good or bad, but take as you wish the cell service. I hope for everything they do not get a private 5g cell connector antenna and somehow make it available for people... I think they would find out quickly that phone carriers have way more bandwidth than this overrated location...

This place is just OK, I had better. Be CAREFUL! You may end up not feeling good after eating here!!!
MY ORDER: I ordered the New York Cheesesteak pizza and had 2 tap beers (Four Peaks Kilt Lifter) Free mini cheese sticks
PROS: Location, especially if you're staying at the Springhill Suites, or need to do errands. Service was top notch The micro beer on top was good.
CONS: I was served FREE mini cheese bread, which looked and tasted like it came out of a microwave The aftermath...
Overall, I gave this place 2 stars. I liked the waitress and the service was great. However, I did not take well to the food here and ended up being sick for most of the night. I don't know if this was triggered by this place, or something in the pizza... I never had issues with pizza and beer before eating here. That being said, I'm not saying I was food poisoned, but after getting those microwaved mini cheese sticks, who knows what's going on behind close doors...
I also got some local intel on this place, and I was told about going here for my first time visit in Prescott, as a "rookie mistake" I guess this place has a reputation?
Overall, I gave this place 2 stars, for service being great, but minus one star for microwaved mini cheese sticks, and minus 2 stars for ending up praying to the porcelain god all night!
So, PROCEEED...
