The Nest — Attraction in Providence

About a year ago I had Charlotte von Meister from The Nest come to my house and help me declutter my closet. It was the best thing I ever treated myself to! She is fun, super friendly, professional and just really pleasant to work with. It took us about 4 hours and we got everything done that I had wanted to do: identify what to keep, sell, donate and toss. A year later, I made more than what I spent back in the clothes she added to her shop - something I would have never been able to organize myself using a consignment store or an online service like Poshmart, Vinted or ThreadUp (and I have used them in the past). On the top of it I received a list of suggestions on things I wanted to add to my closet to make certain clothes I really loved but didn't wear work again for me. I LOVE The Nest!! i shop here all the time & always find something so special and unique. I have done resin workshops, been to their fundraisers, & pop in for browsing all the time and am never disappointed! I recently went to get some of my clothes tailored and it was such an easy, comfortable , & great experience! such a good price point for what they’re selling. i fine they have a great range on pricing depending on what you’re looking for. I have bought more expensive things as gifts that were loved by the receiver as well as items on sale that add sooo much fun variety into my closet (: i cannot say enough good things about The Nest!! and the staff is so fun and welcoming!! will be going back...

I absolutely adore what The Nest is doing in the community! They keep clothes out of landfills by upcycling it, second-handing it, and getting it into people's hands and onto all types of inclusive and unique bodies!! They are geniuses. The clothes swap events they do sometimes are so smart. I haven't made it to one yet but I need to seriously go to the next one because I usually wear things a few times and forget about it when I can swap it for something new with someone else. They also do fun events within the community to let others know about them and it's nice to network and meet other like-minded individuals who care about the planet.
