
I walked to this repair shop to ask them if they can fix hybrid cars, they told me they can and that I can bring it to the shop. I towed the car and leave it there.
After few hours, they called my phone number and asked me that I need to take my car because they cannot fix it because they don't have the parts. I went there one more time, and they lied about the issue of the car and they told me that I need an expensive part. I agreed because I trusted them and i paid a deposit fee. Then, they told me that I cannot leave my car there and that they will call me when the part arrive, so I took it back to my house and I found out, after the fake inspection, that the passenger seat is full of oil dirt, and that they did not put back 3 parts, the battery was not totally fixed and it was moving which is very very dangerous because I can drive the car for a short distance with a very low speed, and that what I did to take it back home. Thankfully, nothing happened, and nobody was hurt.
All this things are suspicious so I decided to take my car to another repair shop.
I took it to the dealer the day after and they fix it while I was waiting in the lobby and the issue was not even the same issue they told me.
This repair shop try to steal hard working people money and they are not even mechanics.

Read moreI recently brought my 2008 Lexus ES 350 to this shop with one simple request: to have my brakes serviced. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish.
First, the customer service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I didn’t feel respected or valued as a paying customer. Communication was poor — I had to constantly follow up for updates, and when I did get a response, it was vague and dismissive.
Worse than the poor service was the quality of the work itself. Despite assurances that the brake service was completed, the issues persisted immediately after I left the shop. It quickly became clear that the job was either done incorrectly or not done at all. I paid for work that did not resolve the problem and left feeling taken advantage of.
I strongly do not recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, skilled, or customer-focused automotive service. There are plenty of better shops in the area that actually stand behind their work and treat customers with basic professionalism.

That being said, lately the front desk lady has been very tempremental- I called about having an inspection done, she asked for the codes- I called back and told her I found the paper with the codes from the scan and she hung up on me and ignored my call back,
The time before that when I was having issues with an alternator they had just installed 1 week prior, she told me if I didn’t have the replacement part I would have to have the vehicle towed or I’d have to push it out. I started to as she stood there with a smug look on her face- luckily the owner and main mechanic stopped me in the street and offered me a space to keep my van untill I was able to bring the part in (later that same evening)
This is just too much disrespect from a shop I’ve spent well over 2500 in repairs between brakes, alternatives , gaskets, suspension, and they hang up on me when I call in with requested codes for an inspection?!
