La Michoacana Premium — Restaurant in Proviso Township

I’ve honestly never been to a place with such horrible customer service. A big group of us walked in and you can see in the ladies faces how annoyed they were before we even get to the counter. My husband and I both ordered an elote mine with a little bit of chile and my husband asked for a lot. I get my cup with nothing on top. While she was doing my husband elote, I asked another worker if she can add Chile bc clearly there was none on it. While my husbands cup had the Chile on top. The lady who originally made it, came out and told me she put the Chile on the bottom. I checked and nothing. She also left before charging us and as we were walking out she came back out and CLAPPED!!!!! We were never rude or asked for too much!...

The only reason I'm giving it one star is beacuse the ice cream and everything else is good, that's if you even get to try it . When it first opened you didn't have to wait 30 min in line , you were in and out and no matter how long the line was. The wait for anything is insane . There is lack of work ethic, the employees see that there is a long line but do not even try to hustle and make the line go faster. Now I have even been there when there have been like 3 people in front of me but somehow I still had to wait in line for 20 mins. It's a shame that due to bad customer service many potential...

Place is clean, small no too many tables inside the place but tables outsideto enjoybwith family and friends. .varieties of ice cream and other items, kids and adults like this place . 1st time i tried the cajeta ice cream was delicious, 2nd visit i tried the yogurt with pecan and fruit. And again the taste and freshness of the fruits to 100%. Recomend this place to enjoy and ice cream with family...
