Read moreLuquillo strip always enchants. The wall murals are a welcoming plus. I am happy to see the beautifully painted small apartment and hotels since last here a few years back. My great grandparents are buried in the cemetery at opening of this particular beach area. The biggest issue here is parking ...there is none. After visiting El Yunque not far from here, we drove through here and left because we couldn't find a place to park and the streets are so narrow to eveb try. I will definitely return here early morning soon....
Read moreI’ve been visiting this beach for some 20 years or so and I always enjoy this beach. It’s not a good beach to go bathing since it usually has very strong currents and if you don’t know how to swim or even if you know the rip currents can drag you out into the surf and it’s pretty strong. This beach is a good spot for surfing. Always remember to not litter and take your trash with you or deposit it in a trash can.
